McDonald's — Restaurant in South Williamsport

Clean, tech-forward, bright, and interesting. The bathrooms were very clean and functional with no-touch tech. The lobby was bright and open with attentive and kindly staff.

One of the most noticeable parts of this McD's is ordering kiosks, tech-forward and self-service. The kiosks were bright and accessible with a simple, touchscreen interface and nearly organized elements. Some of the tables also had touchscreen tablet elements for gaming purposes.

The kiosk took only a few moments to figure out and understand, and a minute or so to work through its functions and order. If I were to use the ordering kiosk again, I have no doubt that the process would be simpler and more streamlined, as I've already explored the interface.

A fascinating establishment, though I'm not sure if I'd be thrilled to visit a McDonald's like this on a daily basis. My local McD's, for example, has cashier's that know me when I walk in and know my order before I say it. At my McD's, I don't have to personalize my order every time I walk in, where a self-serviced kiosk would require the exact order, peculiarities and specifics and all, every...

Great place to eat although it used to be cheap. Now it costs as much as a good sit down restaurant with a waitress. $10 burgers at McDonald's? Crazy times. The value menu still has some great deals. I always use the drive thru, which can be slow because of being very busy at times. 90% of the time they get my order right. Which is unacceptable so I always pull up and check everything. When they do make mistakes they are always very polite and fix the error without question and they apologize. Remember most of the employees are just kids and this is their 1st job, so it's not a big deal. Food is great and seems always consistent. One thing that bugs me is they fill your soda cups up with ice. So your drinks ALWAYS taste watered down. I dont order soda anymore here because of this. I'd just assume goto the gas station and buy cold drinks. I absolutely love their coffee but they serve it at like 300°, so I have to always request a little ice in it. Restrooms are usually clean but are way to small and the mens room only has 1 toilet. There is no family toilet. It's still a good place if your hungry...

DEFINITELY BETTER THAN THE ONE ON E. 3RD ST. I eat at McDonalds alot since I work on the road. Been to 28 states and ate McDonalds in every single one of them. This has got to be the most friendly McDonalds, well mannered, I watched the young man in the kitchen taking his time making everything neat, wrapping it neat. The manager was well dressed and seemed nice, the young lady who took my order was polite. Everyone was working steady. The lady who was taking orders was also filli g orders for the drive through in her down time. Very nice to see everyone working as a team, i also noticed the communication between employees was very good. Don't see this kinda work at very many McDonald's'. Also my order was exactly what i asked for, the way i asked for it. My food was also hot and fresh, just the way it should be. This McDonalds, (or at least at this particular time on this particular day,) is almost like the ones you see on the commercials.
