Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in South Williamsport

I had the craziest interaction with the staff there, it was totally disgusting how they treated me. The lady who took our order could not speak or understand English AT ALL which isn’t the problem, but because of the language barrier she messed up our order. We got two blizzards and a small fry, instead she gave and charged us for 3 blizzards. I then told her that this isn’t what we ordered, she freaked out and told me to give her one of the blizzards back and she’ll give us a fry, I said no because you charged us for the blizzard which costs way more than the fry. She was extremely argumentative for no reason, but sadly that’s not the worst part. I stood there confused because I didn’t understand what the big issue was as I was calmly just trying to fix the issue. She escalated the issue out of nowhere, she started screaming at me to the point where other staff had to PULL HER AWAY FROM ME?? My gram and I sat down and while we were eating she stood there with her arms crossed and literally glared at us the entire time lol? Not sure who the manager was but you obviously need to reevaluate your staff because this clearly isn’t the first time she has acted like this just by how the other staff...

Ordered a larger order that included a chili cheese dog. After all the hype I figured my wife would love it, but it was a hot dog with like 3 tablespoons of burnt looking slightly dry chili meat. We assumed they forgot the cheese but it turns out a slight smear under the hot dog is the cheese, even though the pictures show cheese on top the chili on the dog. The chili to cheese ratio was easily 95/5, we ended up feeding it to the dogs.

I was told 33$ and change at the speaker box, but charged 28$ at the window. I can chalk it up to a easy mistake, but then they handed me my order, told me have a nice day, and sent me on my way only to have to come back for the brownie Sunday.

Side note that did not effect the rating. Their burgers kind of taste like burger King burgers, so if you are not a fan of the flavor of the flame grill, you may want to avoid. Just a personal taste.

It took longer to get an ice cream there then it took me to get all of my dinner somewhere else. I was in the drive thru lane over 30 mins. Then they apparently can't do the points which is a dairy queen app that has been around for a lonh enough time now that they should have it. This past summer they said they would be getting g it "soon" whatever that means since it is months later and even then they were behind the times. On top of that the kid was very rude, yanked the credit card out of my hand and nearly gave me the blizzard still upside down. Pulled my hand back until he flipped it right side up again. They didn't have a featured item that is being shown in ads. Basically the bad just went on and on and I won't be returning to this location again for...
