Taco Bell — Restaurant in Southaven

Worst Taco Bell! I will not be going back there ever again! I’m not even sure how they’re still in business! Every time I go there they make you wait 20 minutes or longer. And they’re not even busy! If you go at 9 or 10 at night they’ll make you just sit there until you leave. They say when you ask them to take your order after you have waited 15 to 20 minutes they are breaking down the line. Until finally you leave! And there’s no one in line in front of you. They made me wait 10 minutes today before starting to take my order. There was no one in front of me . There are four cars behind me now. Because they made me wait so long . So I started to order finally . Then they told me that I couldn’t get the Chalupa box. I said OK and I started to order something else. And there was no one in front of me waiting on their food either . As i’m telling her what I want instead she tells me to hang on a minute. Another 10 minute goes by!!! And I finally say hello! She said I told you to hang on we’re backed up here in the dining room. They were not busy in the dining room. The cars all behind me pull off three of them leave and one parks and goes inside. And I told her all about the cars that left . Because they were taken so long ! So I yell at the man that parked that was going in to order. From across the parking lot just to let him know that it wasn’t my fault. That they keep tell me to hang on and won’t take my order. And I am about to leave . He says he knows and smiles and waves at me. Then the girls that work there yelled from the intercom bye then go! So I leave! And I immediately called and asked to talk to the manager .The girl that answered the phone said she was the manager. So I started telling her what just happened and she hung up on me twice .The third time I called some other lady answered . And I said are you the manager I was just talking to that keeps hanging up on me . She said that she’s only manager there and that she hasn’t talk to me. That some girl that works there said she was the manager. That’s who I was talking to before and that she wasn’t the manager . I told her the whole story what happened. And that every time I come there they make you wait . I won’t be coming back. I don’t think she cared . I asked for the main managers number. She wouldn’t give it to me . I also asked for the girls name who impersonated a manager . She wouldn’t give me that either. She said there’s two girls working and she doesn’t know which one did it. And they’re not telling...

Tasha the big one /Worst customer service experience ever!!! I have been to this store several times ,but this time they had a very rude manager they call her Tasha the big one.

I came inside the store and ordered my food and then sat at the very far table in the back and took a bite , this is when I was approched by Tasha she gave me a dirty look and told me the dinning area is closed ; I responded politely and told her I already started i'll finish eating quickly and leave in 5, I have been ealier this week and ate inside , your door signs says " come in dinning area is open".

At this point Tasha sarcastically restated that dine in is closed , I responded I'm gonna finish this 1st burrito and leave . At this point Tasha kept looking at me while im finishing my burrito giving me dirty looks. Then she came across one of the team member and spoke to him in an intimidating attitude, very rude and unprofessional.

This will be the last time I would eat at this store, Upper management need to be selective when hiering their store managers and held them at upper standards. You just lost a repeat customer, I will spend my money somewhere else next time , you are not the only...

Haven't been to a Taco Bell in a while since making the decision to eat mostly healthy food, but this day decided to try "something different". Bad move. I asked for a minute to look over menu and was greeted with obvious impatience saying "are you ready to order?" a few times. I felt rushed to choose something so I did. As soon as I finished was greeted with "is there anything else" about 3 or 4 times, then pulled up to receive order. Everything about this sweet girl screamed " I do not want to be here". And I even commented, You are about to get off work aren't you? She was surprised I could know that and nodded. I replied , "I could tell - could hear it in your voice." That aside, the crunch wrap supreme was nothing like I remember from a couple of years ago. Mostly lettuce and other stuff. I didn't get a choice of a different filling so I assume I got what was supposed to be ground beef? Was hard to tell. Supreme shell just flapped around with nothing in there to fill it somewhat. Ok Taco Bell if you're listening you have some work to do. Just close it down or get better. I can't imagine anyone coming back for another...
