Do Not use this place for anything!!!!!! They are absolutely horrible went to my 1st appt 5 wks ago that NP was amazing but everyone is absolutely horrible…on a medicine that required me to come back in exactly 30 days while making the appointment my NP was going out on leave and the soonest they could get me in was 5 wks. I asked them since it was going to be past the 30 is it going to be an issue she said no not at… I went to my appointment yesterday…after getting checked I was told I missed my appointment it was for earlier… I responded and said no I have a text and email with the time Sarah stated very rudely “then show me” I looked up the text and sure enough she was correct and I read it wrong showed at the wrong time my fault I totally take responsibility for that but she did not have to be like that…while there I asked about the prescription bc it had still not been filled mind you I sent it in last wk no call no nothing… I was told the call nurse would have to call me but not in until later even though I was there in the office… up until this point I was not upset or angry but way she just sat there not wanting to help in anyway don’t even ask about rescheduling my appointment nothing all they care about in this office is money the patient care and human decency is not there what so ever!!!! as I left she yelled have a nice day and no she was not saying to be nice so I said F U too mind you I was out the door by this point…. So I called multiple times that day was told the system was down then I would get a call back never got a call… called and spoke with Sarah again who I had spoke with already multiple times made me explain while I was calling my name and number what I needed but now due to time it will be tomorrow I asked to speak with someone higher up she transferred me to her manager VM I left a message and waited for a call back… no call back they open at 7 it’s 9 so I called and put on hold spoke with manager who advised me since I missed my appointment I can’t get it filled I explained to her while I scheduling my appointment they could not get me in within 30 days but was told it would be filled… if I knew it wasn’t I would not have started until a wk later but either way if that was the case they knew this why no phone call why had they not reached back out instead they just ignore it because it’s not life threatening medicine (her words not mine) oh and when asked why no call back this morning bc they are sending me a letter dismissing me as a patient and the manager hung up on me. Read other post and you will see I’m not the only one this has happened to hopefully you don’t fall victim to this no one should ever have to go through this so unprofessional and should not be in the business of caring...

Garbage place. The doctors literally type symptoms into a tablet and prescribe the most commonly used medication that pops up in the system. Well, ANYBODY can do that!

They also recommend that you take over the counter meds. ..... Well.... What do you think I did before coming here? Effin Morons!

On top of that, they DO NOT listen. My wife told Shone Cook she was taking 200mg of one particular medication and it wasn’t helping. When we went and got the prescriptions, this dude gave us the same medicine at 100mg.

Shone (“Shawn”) Cook also asked my wife are you having shortness of breath? She said “yes”. He goes, well since you’re NOT having shortness of breath... blah, blah, blah. He, Shone, also prescribed Promethazine for a cough but that doesn’t work for a cough. It’s to stop you from throwing up!!!

Talk about a stupid doctor.

And if you ever happen to call with a quick question for one of the (10?) doctors or request a prescription be refilled, don’t expect a call back for an absolute MINIMUM 7 hours! You ain’t getting that prescription refilled today. Even though they have five people sitting around right up front doing jack.

And another thing, they want money for every visit, even for a follow up appointment a few days later when you’re still sick.

Oh, and check this out: They ran a flu test on my wife when she told them specifically it wasn’t the flu just to bill the insurance. They also ran other tests and concluded... “well, something is wrong but we’re not sure what”. Guess what it was? It was an upper respiratory infection. I mean, how basic does that sound? As a doctor, you couldn’t figure that out? Pathetic.

Translation: “Come back so we can charge you more money for nothing!”

No thank you.

P.S. If you want an awesome doctor, look for a guy named Bagwell. He chose to leave this office...

This clinic “dismissed” me in retaliation of my written and verbal complaint against an employee who answered the phone and talked to me very hostile, aggressive, nasty and totally unprofessional and then abruptly HUNG UP the phone on me. She then injected herself into my business that her co-worker was already handling and trying to interrupt, hinder and block my business. Neither the doctors nor the clinic manager (Joe) never called, emailed or responded back whatsoever regarding my complaint against the nasty employee - perhaps because maybe there’s a conflict of interest between them and she’s beyond reproach and being allowed to do whatever she wants to do. It’s not that I was abruptly “dismissed from the clinic” during a vulnerable time when I was experiencing an extremely difficult life threatening medical condition, homelessness, unemployment and other life issues that bothers me, but rather the unethical and unprofessional way that they did it by not even contacting me at all to notify me of this decision and protected (and empowered) the nasty and unprofessional employee whose probably been just as nasty and unprofessional to other patients (or probably will be in the future). Not only that, but I had ALREADY been considering researching other options on the board regarding better healthcare alternatives because I didn’t feel that Dr. Shawn Cook (although he’s nice as a person) was as knowledgeable as I needed and he and his medical staff didn’t take me and my healthcare needs as seriously as I needed, I just hadn’t had time to find and solidify a alternative healthcare provider replacement at the inconvenient time of their “dismissal” of me...
