Happy's Pizza — Restaurant in Southfield

I have been a loyal customer here since 2009. My food is always ready when I come to pick it up and delicious. I have never been disappointed with this location until yesterday. An older caucasian male employee that worked at the register yesterday evening gave all the customers inside including my parents a horrific experience. He repeatedly slammed the phone down as people were calling so that he didn't have to answer the phone. I understand that being busy can be overwhelming but to yell at customers is unexceptable! He yelled at a door dash driver saying he is not taking any order and that he is behind! My parents were waiting a while just to get acknowledged and my father asked the man can the people already waiting could order. The incompetent employee yells and says, “Didnt y'all hear me I'm not taking anymore orders!!” Only one employee was wearing a mask and they were pretty backed up. It seems like they need way more people on a shift then the amount on the clock last-night. After this terrible experience sad to say I will have to let everyone know how bad the employees are here. How do I know that they won’t spit in my food because they are angry that they have to work during this pandemic? I advise everyone who can to cook more for themselves just to help out the essential employees that are forced to work...

Saturday May 7 , 2025 my daughter at my request for rib tips not knowing about HAPPY'S PIZZA rib tips. I ask her too try HAPPY'S PIZZA near our house she arrived during a busy hour 3pm . I'm a seasoned cook for over 34 years I just wanted some bbq rib tips. I have too say my experience with the order of supposedly bbq rib tips instead I open my order too a lot of bbq sauce ready too find rib tips this was day old chewy very small pieces of meat , lots of hard gristle and pieces of fat the bbq sauce taste like ketchup with hot sauce. This was sooooooo disappointing on every level too serve these day old bbq rib tips too any customer unfortunately I was that customer that asked my daughter too go too HAPPY'S PIZZA on my behalf at this location close by our house. NEVER EVER AGAIN. This was definitely disturbing as disgusting too serve this day old supposedly rib tips hidden under supposedly bbq sauce. I made a huge mistake HAPPY'S PIZZA SHOULD STICK TOO PIZZA 🍕. I simply wanted to eat real deal succulent rib tips and real bbq sauce just enough for bbq flavor as a condiment not as a cover up drowning the non rib tips in the aluminum tin pan. So I placed and order today for 2lbs of tenders and large fries and another order of 1lb of tenders and a large fries and a sub. I've placed this order, several times in the past, for the chicken tenders and always was happy with what I received until today. I was so disappointed, I even called to get an explanation as to why my order was significantly smaller than usually. I explained in my nice voice that this could not be 3lbs of tenders. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell that they don't actually give you the tenders in pounds,but rather they give you 8 tenders in one pound and 16 in 2lbs. (We all know the difference between a tender and a nugget Well I had a mixer of nuggets and tenders. I ask if this was a new way of doing things she said no. So instead of me going off! after I spent $83.00 total delivery and tip. I decided we will never order from them again. How does your menu state its by the pound and on the phone you got a number for how many you get??? please make it make sense?? Thanks Happys Pizza for the years of freeing me up from cooking once in a while but I got it from here.
