I was at the KFC on 10 mile in Southfield. It was at 1pm. I placed my order. 2 chicken littles and a small fry. Also a # 8. I asked for specific pieces of chicken. 3 thighs spicy with mash potatoes and slaw. I was told no problem. I should have looked in the bag before I got home but it was packaged very neat and secure. When I opened the box of my meal, I notice I had 3 rib breast instead. I tried to phone the store to let them know that my order was wrong. There was no answer Not only that it also tasted like it had been sitting under a light for sometime not fresh at all. I decided to go back to the K F C in hopes that they would give me what I ordered and had paid 27 dollars for. When I got up to the counter I explained that my order was wrong. The lady at the counter didn’t say a word. She just started my order. She was gone for a few minutes. I asked to see the chicken. It was from the same batch of chicken that was sitting under the light. I asked if they had any chicken that had just came up from the fryer. I was told the chicken they had was not old because they just opened at 11:00. I told her that chicken was cooked before 11:00 and maybe the oil was not any good. So with that all being said. I asked her to please give me other pieces that looked better. The manager came to the counter. I tried explaining. But he ignored me and asked the cashier. He seemed not happy at the fact that I was not happy with my order and asked if I wanted my money back. I said yes and got my money back. I really wished I would have gotten better customer service from the manager. He could have set a better example for the young employees. I ended up going to a KFC in Detroit. I had to drive a little further. But it was worth it to get what I wanted...

I had to say my order several times as the cashier was clearly slow (in terms of mentally and in her speed) and couldn’t comprehend my pretty simple order after several times of repeating myself. She had to look at several guides in front of her and didn’t really seem like she knew how to use or do anything. A guy came from the back and told me it would be a 7 min wait for him to make more filets for my chizza, seemed like he was inconvenienced by it and like he was lowkey begging me not to have to make him do more work. Then when I got my lemonade, there was NO ice cubes in it at all and I almost didn’t notice it until it was too late, and then one of the weirdest things was when that same cashier was calling for an order or something like that and referred to me clearly and loudly as “white boy, light skinned”. Bro really? You should be referring to your customers with a little bit more respect. Professionalism is nowhere here. Weird vibe from the moment I walked in. Also I expected a drive thru when I came here, what KFC doesn’t have a drive thru? Then when I was parked and eating, some guys were coming out the back taking out the trash and whatever else they were doing, and one guy said “Watch what you doin’ when you come out here”. Got back home to bring my children and I food and noticed my order was wrong. Even though I was running late (being on my lunch break) drive back up to have my order corrected and The Manager on duty was incredibly rude and treated me as if the order being wrong was my fault. Her attitude was despicable. I've been to this location before and had a great experience (she was not the manager on duty that day). I simply said this wasn't my fault and very inconvenient to have to drive all the way back and be late for work because of their mistake and her attitude was unnecessary.She said call corporate if u have a problem.
