I will NEVER order from this location again. I placed an online order went to pick my order up at the scheduled time they provided on the email and my order wasn't ready. I sat and waited for over an hour for my food. There were several people who came inside and grabbed their food only to return the food and request a refund. There were 3 young kids working the young lady advised that they had run out of things. I guess to try to appease for the delay and items they no longer had they gave way more chicken than I order however it wasn't cooked properly. The bambino pizza that I ordered was clearly cold I had requested butter and Parmesan when I placed my online order to which the girl working there added to a cold pizza. This'll be a review of appreciation and beyond customer service. I placed on order online and the store was closed for the day. When I arrived i naturally was disappointed because why would I be allowed to place the order if they were not available.
As fortune would have it, the owner pulled up and I showed him my order and he apologized for the system allowing me to order. At first he offered a refund and then asked if I'd be willing to wait. He turned on his equipment and fulfilled my order. I was amazed as I was not expecting a refund offer today or the pizza and items I ordered.
I thank you again for such above and beyond customer service, as he surely did not have to do this and by stroke of luck he pulled up when I did. Our family will remember this as our very own...

We can’t thank Papa Romano’s & Mr. Pita in Southfield, MI enough! They provided the meals for our Indiana Avenue Church of God in Christ Women’s Day this past Sunday, and everything was simply amazing.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared – our guests are still talking about how good it was!
