I love Wendy's for there fresh and 100,% real beef burgers. They have went down the drain on serve and freshness and quality. I order a burger and it was soo not fresh it was hard blackened.... Yes the darker and oily the burger Patty the longer it been sitting around hardening. I requested for fresh burger... They just soaked the old parties in oil mixture to heat up another old Patty.OMG The manger did not give me a problem when I asked for a refund. Here I was again running errands and in need of a quick bit. Plus I just could to the new 5.00$ coupons in the mail. I get there to my surprise my server did not know how to apply my coupon and over charged me than tried to convince me that I had ordered additional items to justify my high bill. After she show I want going to pull up without my correct change she called got assistance and refund the overage. I was happy the issue was corrected. But as I pulling off with burger in hand.. Always check your good quality before you pull off..I don't care how many cars are behind you. Yeah I'm that person that in front of you in the drive thru taking less than .30 second to CK And see pictures to why I check.. Seriously There was a plastic bread bad tie in my burger. Wendy's you need to re- train you staff and stop letting your carriers come to work with open rashes and body piercing on their body even if they are just cashier or managers.. yuck! I will never eat there again because of poor quality and poison harmful objects that are being left on the food and stay cursing and appearance is not presentable for serving quality food. Read moreThe manager here is so ignorant, I wish my husband would have gotten her name (we'll figure it out). My husband ordered breakfast from here this morning and to our surprise when he makes it all the way home, they gave us what was supposed to be a chicken honey biscuit with nothing inside of it. When he called to let them know there was an error (very pleasantly btw), she immediately with her argumentative self told him there was nothing they could do. He didn't have a receipt (which they did not give him at the window) and on her end she claims that's the way whoever was taking the order rung it up. Why would anyone pay $4.29 for just a biscuit with honey?? And if we just ordered a biscuit, why would they put it on the biscuit and roll it up like it's a sandwich instead of giving you a biscuit with honey packets on the side like every other establishment does?? Not to mention, the food we do have does not taste good and they were extremely slow although no one was hardly even in line.
They're very slowful and have terrible attitudes. They act like they don't care about anything and I'm sick of our own ppl giving us terrible service so often. Now we have to be on our Karen and call corporate because they're so ignorant. I think the manager herself would agree it wouldn't matter if I spent $1, if I'm spending MY money somewhere and YOU make an error, you're going to either give me MY money or compensate me some type of way. That's for any service and that's STANDARD. We won't be back, so...

My wife and I decided to stop at this Wendy's at around 9:50 pm; we pulled up to the order board and had to wait a couple of minutes before anyone actually said anything (that warned us about what we were able to experience). After ordering some chicken nuggets for our daughter, we pulled up to see another car waiting. A couple more minutes, and the woman inside the Wendy's allowed the car in front of us to pay. A bit later, after seeing the workers inside just standing around talking to each other and goofing off, the food for the car in front of us came out. Apparently something was wrong with their order because they stayed there... but the workers had all gone to the back room (I could see them in the first window) and were just goofing off. The car in front of me keep on honking their horn, but nobody came and nobody cared. After seeing this for a minute or two I decided to leave without my order.
In short, the people that work here just goof off and don't really work... at least when...
