I forgot to add a chocolate shake to my order and asked to have it added when I got to the window. Window employee was directed by the shift manager that I couldn’t add anything to the order at the window and that I would need to go through the drive-through again and re-order. Keep in mind there was no cars behind me so it wasn’t a matter of delaying other customers. It was pure lazy, and completely unprofessional. Also you just cut your ticket in half and lost a customer at this location forever. Please explain to your boss why you need that raise to $15 and you still can’t even use proper customer service skills.

The other Sunday evening I went to order through the Drive Thru and Brooklyn took my order and she said my total came to $18.19, and asked her if that was a good year? She replied “I Don’t Know “! When I got to the window to pick my food up and pay 💰 Brooklyn said to me 1819 was a Bad Year it was America’s first Depression! We both laughed and did fist 👊🏻 👊🏿 bumps ! It was a very neat moment between a 68 year old guy and a 19 to 20 something year old young lady!

Read moreI stopped into the Arby’s tonight. The new one that they just rebuilt on Eureka in Southgate, ordered $40 worth of food. The order was screwed up. I did not get two curly fries that I ordered. There was no reason that this order should’ve been messed up with four people at the window two people receiving the Food to make the order and then the person that passed me the food. It’s ridiculous. The food was horrible. The market fresh sandwiches are nothing like they used to be, The roast beef has definitely decreased in taste and texture, I would think that there would be a more of a assembly line process as many people that were standing around a $40 order should of NOT got messed up. What a shame I will never be back...
