KFC — Restaurant in Southgate

On Thursday December 5, 2019 about 4:45 pm myself, my wife, and my two kids went to KFC. We placed our order and then they forgot about us. Customers who came in after after us were getting their orders. After 20 minutes I asked when our order was going to be done. The manger was very rude, she told me that the she is doing the smaller orders first in a very rude and degrading tone. I told her that I didn't appreciate being talked to in such a manner. When we finally got our order it was wrong, we didn't go back up to get our order fix because we didn't want to deal with the manger. We could hear her talking about us to some of her friends who came in. When we left the mangers friends asked us if we were ready for round two. All I wanted was to take my family to dinner, instead they forgot our order, I was talk to very rudely and gossiped about to a bunch of college kids. I will never go to the Southgate KFC again. I also did the survey and wrote and rated my experience. I usually go to KFC a few times a month, my kids love their chicken. I usually go to the KFC in Flatrock. I have never had a problem there. The staff at the Flatrock KFC has always been courteous and professional. The Southgate manger could learn a thing or two from them. Like how to talk to people...

Went through drive thru...ordered a bowl with xtra chicken and xtra gravy...was told to pull up...we did and sat there for 20 minutes...we backed up to the drive thru window when no one was in line...honked and asked where my food was and the girl said OH and slammed the window shut...then came back with a bag with my bowl..I checked and it hardly had any chicken so I said * What's this we paid for xtra chicken and it does not have barely any chicken and you made us wait for 20 minutes and forgot about us and we paid for xtra chicken I want my xtra Chicken* She slammed the window again then came back with another bag and said you only get 3 nuggets when you order xtra...we left and got home...took bowl out and Guess What??? There was NO GRAVY IN IT... And upon eating it the CHICKEN WAS SO HARD AND OLD COULD NOT EAT WHAT I PAID FOR AND PAID XTRA FOR. l will NEVER go back to this KFC and will NOT refer to friends or family...Very Disappointed in this restaurant I Have ALWAYS went too...and just to mention 1 Bowl and 2 Medium Pepsi's was...

I am writing this on Wednesday October 6th at 1:26 p.m. whoever the manager is at this time is extremely rude very unprofessional was unwilling to cooperate in any way call my wife a liar. We ordered a $20 fill up 2 days ago a few of the pieces of chicken were undercooked the sides they messed up on you're supposed to get two mashed potatoes and one coleslaw they gave us two coleslaws and one mashed potato and the containers were only a quarter of the way did not want to give her manager's name or way to get a hold of him I hope the owner of this establishment sees this because she would not give out any information I've been going to your KFC for over 20 years and we will never go again I have never been treated so rude by a fast food employee in my entire life. I will also make sure to post this review on every possible...
