I stopped by the bathrooms where the old Taco Bell used to be and everything was broken and sticky and the smell was awful.

I'm sure that this isn't the only mall that's dealing with the popularity of getting your shopping done at home and mailed to you. But the lack of upkeep is pretty obvious. The empty feel is noticeable with many storefronts blocked off, some only had one or two employees working and when they took breaks they would shut the gates.

Eating options are limited, and overall it just doesn't have the same nostalgic feel that it used to. The big stores like Best Buy, Macy's, Bath and Body and Sephora are high quality...

Clean mall that has a good selection of stores. I went just before Christmas and their Santa was the best I've ever seen. He even made me wonder if he's the real Santa! ;) I would give 5 stars if the had motorized scooters for disabled shoppers to use during their visit. Many places have them and only require a photo ID. Southland Mall has none, only a few manual wheelchairs which don't help because there's no way to store your things or put merchandise in a basket whilst...

Just the answer to feeling better! Start off slow on machine weights.. try to do 2 reps of 10ea., then progress to more weight. Challenge yourself, if the move is too easy then more weight should be added. Do your reps slow to get the full benefits. Personally I've been going for 10 days and I have the best sleep ever and amazing energy through the day.. no more mid-afternoon...
