Updated Review: I don't know how you can come in 2 different times, and the crews are so different. I ordered through the app, just happened to stop here, because it was all right turns, heavy traffic.
I ordered a Large Lemonade, 10 piece nugget, medium fries. The lemonade I got no ice, the fries extra salt. She handed me a medium, told me to pull up to spot 1. I mentioned I ordered a large, she told me pull up to spot 1. Then walked away. So I waited, she snapped at me, to pull up to spot 1. I said I ordered a large, this is medium. She said thats a large. I said, no, its medium. Sje snapped thats a large, now pull up. Even my manager says its large. Now I'm getting annoyed, she's been extremely rude, ignoring me, snapping at me waving her hand out the window to pull up. All I asked for, is the large I paid for. She has the manager come to the window, says that is a large, you asked for no ice, so we give a medium. You get the same amount. I order lemonade at every Mcdonald's I've been to this year, not once was I given a medium. The manager said I can get a large if I got ice, so I got ice. They still didn't fill my cup, it was nearly an inch from the top. I always order lemonade, no ice because I can't have carbonated drinks. I can't drink until 30-45 minutes after I finish eating, usually longer, due to the gastric sleeve surgery I had. I have to sip, not drink, so by the time I finish, they're warm anyhow.
In addition to that, our fries had almost no salt. This is the 2nd time I've been here in the afternoon, and the employees were rude. You go to Chick-fil-a or Culvers, they're always nice. Apparently they need management here, like the competition. Unreal! Ripping people off, giving you medium, when you pay for large. A new low.

Read moreYou can see by the two pictures that the Quarter Pounder hamburger was rushed to be cooked. They even asked me to pull up and give them time to finish the meal when I first ordered it. The second day I returned back to the restaurant I couldn't call them because they didn't leave a receipt in the bag asked them to remake me another one i show them the Box that it says Quarter Pounder on it I verbally told them as well and when I got to the window they handed me a regular hamburger and said here you go you're all set and I left I would assume it was a quarter pounder that I ask for instead when I open the bag before I got home it was a hamburger. I figured two times was enough to get it right. I went back to get my money back they refuse to give me my money back and then on top of it the manager there refused to give me her first name and said that it's private that she will not give me her first name and it was their policy not to refund my money. I asked her to show me their policy she said she doesn't have one on paper or even on a bulletin on the wall. I see bad reviews about this place and on top of it I'm going to see how customer service is going to be with the owner. Hopefully I can get a hold of the owner because this is a franchise. I will not return there ever again if you ever want to get your meal done right and your issues dealt with properly you might want to think about another McDonald's because if this is how their training their managers that's terrible she refused to give me her first name because she said she did nothing wrong I asked for her name so I can let other people know who I spoke to she still refused to give me just her first name like i asked her for and said it's private and she didn't have to give it to me and she did nothing wrong. I spoke to her professionally and not using curse words or screaming at her. Read moreMy husband and I came for dinner, and as soon as walking in no one greeted us and all the employees were laughing and carrying on with each other in the front of the back area. Finally someone walked over to take our order and my husband said hello. The girl literally grunted! So we proceeded with our order and we get to the table and realize we got the wrong sandwich, so my husband brought it back for the right one. Then as we are sitting eating, the empty box for our fries fell on the floor. We figured we would get it after our meal when we cleaned up our tray. A few minutes later the manager (it was about 9:45 pm so whoever was manager with a striped shirt at that shift.) came over and picked our box up and yelled at us "if you are going to throw garbage on the floor you don't need to be in my restaurant!" we both thought she was joking so we smiled and then she kept glaring at us and still telling us that we are rude for throwing stuff on the floor. So my husband asked "are you being serious right now?" and she outright said yes! And then stormed back off behind the counter. I have never felt so mistreated. So disrespected. Absolutely baffled!?
