I can’t believe this is a Chinese restaurant. I never had so much msg and sodium in A very bizzare almond Chicken. The dish didn’t come with gravy it had the saltiest Au Jus substance it was not edible. Then the pepper steak had no veggies for my fiancé and was so salty he got sick.I can’t eat veggies due to health issues. I order wanton soup they sent me disgust Chinese vegetable. The egg rolls were soggy tasted microwaved not fried. . To top it off I wanted simple Chicken fried rice no vegetables he had no chicken big chunks of onions and bean sprout. I couldn’t eat anything and the little my fiancé ate has him so sick. I want to go in and see if There are actual Chinese cooks because Chinese chefs take pride in their cuisine and it is usually the basic same style of presentation and ingredients. Save your money and upset stomach don’t eat here. I hate giving bad reviews and I’m no Karen that gets off on complaining. But I’m trying to help the next consumer not waist your money or suffer from the worst stomach ache. I spent a lot of money tonight. All I know is Uber eats better hold this dive accountable and refund my money. unedible food, wrong soup and didn’t minus the vegetables. A few mistakes I am always understanding but this was total disregard for the customer and a safety concern.I won’t be trying new places for awhile turned me off. Read moreThe thing they call egg roll is unlike any egg roll I've ever seen. I was expecting a roll filled with bean sprouts and shrimp. What you get is a roll filled with a soggy bread-like paste that I presume has shrimp or crab in it but there's no way to know.
The same is true for shrimp toast. I've had shrimp toast. It was chopped shrimp mixed with other things on toast coated with sesame seeds. It was crispy and delicious, it tasted mainly like shrimp and sesame, and you could see the shrimp meat in the cross section after taking a bite. From here you get more fried bread-like paste.
I found the texture nauseating. The taste, what there was of it, was simply bizarre. Unlike anything I've ever had.
I probably wouldn't have cared about any of this if their website had photos or even descriptions. If your food is going to be very different than every other Chinese restaurant then there should be photos and descriptions.
I liked the Szechuan pork, they use the good dark cuts. The almond chicken was the stir fry kind with slivered almonds. I thought the chicken tasted good, it included dark meat and was loosely chopped. The stir fries had good fresh vegetables.
I thought the fried rice was heavy on soy sauce...
Read moreI ordered through Doordash and I'm not sure why so many complaints from the other reviewers but my food was piping hot when it arrived it wasn't greasy and it didn't taste old everything I ordered was fresh and extra delicious! My only complaint is they don't send any condiments I'm guessing only if you order it. I ordered Beef Fried Rice I got no Soy Sauce and had I not paid for sauce for the spring rolls I don't think I would have gotten any because if I paid for one and only got one they was never going to send me any without me ordering it. No Chinese place ever had not sent things such as soy sauce. However, the food was good, there are no eggs in the rice tho and very little bean sprouts I would have liked some eggs in it and more bean sprouts. I also ordered Yat Gaw Mein Soup it was piping hot nice broth flavor no salt just all natural. I also ordered spring rolls you get two piping hot rolls so crunchy and good! Overall I enjoyed my food and I will definitely be do Doordash...
