The drive thru cashier gave the person in front of us our bag and they brought the bag back in the restaurant. We watched the whole thing happen. The guy started to pull off and then looked through the bag stopped and then pulled into a spot looked through the bag again and then went inside. Then the cashier was going to give us the bag that they gave to the guy in front of us. We asked the cashier if she gave our bag to the person in front of us. She said yes and giggled. We asked her if they were going to re make our food because he touched our food. The cashier said yes we will and then some rude male employee came and said the guy didn’t touch our food. I don’t know how he knew that our food wasn’t touched because he wasn’t in the truck with the guy. Then we said we want our money back and he said ok we will remake it and we said no we don’t want it. Then he slammed the drive thru window. When the manager tried to open the window to give us our money back she couldn’t open it easily because it was jammed from the guy slamming the window on us. The manager gave us our money back. This shouldn’t have happened. Food sanitation should be priority and it definitely wasn’t this morning. I will never come back to another Tim Horton’s. This is the second location that I have visited and had rude customer service and unsanitary food service. Our visit was at 8:40 Am...
Read moreI always have to stop at "Timmie's" when I visit Michigan. This one is very convenient for me since it's near my mom's house.

They added some nice chairs and made a sitting area near the very front of the place, offering a nice alternative to the more traditional tables and chairs or booths.
I'm told this place is very busy on weekday mornings and causes a traffic jam on Goddard and Allen. I'm usually on vacation when I visit, so I haven't seen that.
Overall, I like this place very much and, if you're in the mood for coffee and pastries, this is a great...
Read moreToday I picked up a small decafenated coffee , so I thought. It gave me the worst panic attacks all afternoon, not even 2 Xanax stopped my panic attacks. I do not think it was decafenated at all and I believe they deliberately did that as decafenated coffee is brewed at time of order , and since I was in the drive through they did not want to take the time to brew it and risk slowing down their line. Ive walked inside and ordered decafenated coffee from Tim Hortons many times before and it was fine , they always went to the back and took 5 minutes to get done . These people took it so lightly , and did not think of the consequences of their action . I can not have caffeine, and I'm on medication for panic...
