Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southington

DO NOT COME HERE !!!! I have lived in this town for many years!! When they use to be not just a drive through they were AMAZING !!!! my whole family goes here but we will NOT be coming back ever. They stole 15$ from us. We ordered two 6$ meals (which comes with two coffees , two sandwiches and two hash browns!) & ALSO A croissant stuffer , snacking bacon , everything mini bagel bites, and the loaded hash browns in a cup! When we got our order we checked the bag like we always do and it was quite a large order. When we checked the bag. They missed our two sandwiches with the meals deals, the loaded hash and snacking bacon. When we told them that they didn’t give us everything we needed they said just give the bag back. Really rude! So we did and they gave us the bag back and we checked again and the HASHBROWNS were gone , there was only one sandwich ! They were really rude about us getting our proper order THAT WE PAID 35$ for. So they stole us and they were laughing about it the whole time. When I said you don’t have to be so rude it was your mistake the lady said it wasn’t my mistake but we fixed it. No you never fixed you still messed up. TWICE !!!!!!!! DO NOT...

this is by far the WORST DUNKIN!!! i only go to this one because it's right near my house but from now on i'll drive to the one down the street! i am lactose intolerant and can't have milk therefore i get oat milk in my latte every morning. yesterday they made my latte with whole milk and i didn't realize it until the coffee was halfway done and until i was at work with an upset stomach. i had to leave work due to drinking whole milk when i am lactose intolerant. i went back this morning to tell them and have them remake my coffee since i couldn't go back yesterday due to work. they were only concerned if i had a receipt... which the lady did not give me one. i received no apology from them whatsoever!! and to hear the workers talking shit in the back!! everyone who works here has an attitude. from now on i'll go to the dunkin down the street.. you guys lost an everyday...

I work down the street at a Dr’s offc & always order online. My order is always done fast, which is great because I just take 3 mins walking down the street to get my order and come back to my patients.The staff is friendly and welcoming. Ive only had 2 problems and it’s when someone else accidentally took my order, but both times the staff offered to remake it for me with no issue. Read the names on the mobile orders people.. not only are you taking someone else's order and wasting their time but you’re also wasting the employee’s time .. be considerate .. anyways .. keep up the good work! My coffee is always on point...
