As well, why don’t you address all your other one star reviews instead of picking on mine and why don’t you look at your yelp reviews as well So since I can’t reply to your lovely response to call you out on your BS I guess I’ll just blast you here. I gave you good ratings on your decor in your service so you wanna talk about the table the first table was directly next to the hostess and the front door and the second table was the one right next to it so yeah, those were not acceptable. Who wants to sit behind the hostess and hear people coming in and out especially when we put on a reservation quiet table that’s far from quiet. And such a lie we came in looking upset the moment we opened the door guess what we came in through the Pizza entrance so you never saw us coming in again bold lie you didn’t tell the waitress anything because we didn’t see you until she called you about the seating arrangements and my other reviews not many restaurants so congratulations there again What’s the matter you don’t like when people call out your restaurant and yes, View is supposed to be lean if it’s prepared correctly, but it also could be horrible if it’s not, and if it’s a thick cut which it was but pretty funny how you didn’t say anything about your whipped cream tiramisu and your tiny little portion of octopus with a half a pound of potatoes or how the cannolis that were dust and pistachio would not filled it only had dollops on each side and this is why Google doesn’t stop because real reviews like this don’t be a sore loser Yes, we have found many better quality restaurants than yours

Went there for Valentine's Day. Had reservations went to sit us at one of the worst seats possible in an empty room they did move us . Service was fantastic food horrible. We got the octopus there was more potatoes then octopus one small tentacle. The garlic bread… garlic was not there . I got a pasta special pasta clams casino pasta over cooked absolutely no liquid dry as heck so bad send it back then pasta with clams again lacked any flavor was terrible but felt bad said nothing. He got the veal parm which was very thick, fatty and tuff pasta lacked sauce had to get more . For dessert the tiramisu which just tasted like dry lady fingers with tons of homemade whipped cream again lacked major flavor and mini cannolis 4, 2 were only filled on the ends not the entire thing. Overall we really enjoyed the food we had. We were a little nervous at first because there was no one in there. It was within an hour of opening on a Sunday afternoon though so we gave it a try. The drink menu was a bit basic, I think they need to get some fun gin cocktails or different vodka cocktails on there… I had a cranberry mule, it was a bit sweet but pretty good. I started with the house salad, t 2as tasty but found it to have a bit too much dressing .

For our meals I had the salmon with a blood orange glaze, it was excellent! The slight sweetness on it really tasted great. There was a veal saltimbocca o;the specials, my husband asked to have it with chicken instead. I think they forgot to adjust the price for the chicken because it was more than my salmon! 🫣😬

We didn’t get dessert, but had 1 more drink right before we were finished eating. The bartender came over while we both still had about 3/4 of our drink left, but finished with our meal and asked if we would be ordering anymore cocktails…. Not sure we’re not even through these yet! We didn’t know if she wanted us to hurry and leave, or if she just couldn’t gauge how much beverage we still had… it wasn’t like there were people waiting to take our seats, the bar was near empty and maybe 3 tables in the dining room. We enjoyed having dinner last Thursday. Everything about this restaurant is fantastic! We received a warm greeting upon entering the restaurant and things got better from there. Our server was professional, friendly and attentive to our every need. The drinks were well constructed and very good as was the wine we ordered. The food was simply amazing and our heartfelt thanks to this amazing chef! We started with the arancini which was the best we've ever had. The hand pulled mozzarella in the middle was incredibly creamy and delicious. We also ordered the Sicilian pizza which was so light and perfectly balanced. It was like biting into a cloud topped with the finest ingredients. For dinner itself we ordered two of the Bolognese, one Gambaretti and one Scallops Risotto. The house made pasta and Bolognese sauce were paired perfectly with the pasta perfectly cooked. The shrimp in the Gambaretti was so fresh and delicious that we know we'll order it again. My Scallop Risotto was simply one of the best I've enjoyed. The scallops were so sweet and just melted in my mouth with the risotto perfectly paired for a meal made in heaven! There's no question that we'll be back and looking forward to trying more of the amazing food the chef...
