I worked here for a while now and at first everything was OK. Everyone was nice to me. Workers were nice A couple of the shift managers are pretty mean, especially at night. All I wanna do is come to work and do my job and go home and keep a positive environment and most of all help our customers to the best of our ability. I’ve seen managers and employees treat each other with the upmost disrespect that I have ever see. This should not be happening because here I am up at five in the morning writing a review because I don’t even know where to turn. I have been thinking about putting in for a transfer to another restaurant. one cleaner and more respectful that actually does everything they can to make sure things are made properly and that the stores kept clean and the coworkers treat the customers and their coworkers with respect and dignity They deserve. The store managers they said respect is earned not given so that just shows I can’t turn to them because they think it’s a game too. I Want to go to them with a problem they don’t deal with it. I love working for McDonald’s. I have worked for a lot of franchises and I have to say all the ones that I have worked for have been outstanding. amazing how they take care of their employees and do amazing job, but I don’t want it to be just franchises McDonald’s, , this McDonald’s is a corporate McDonald’s and i stand by the true golden standard. I take passion in my work and every day I do the best that I can to make sure that everybody is happy I come in with a smile I on my face and I come in on time and I do my job best of my ability, but when I come into work, people see that I’m happy my coworkers and they try to bring me down with them By treating me like crap belittling me bullying me making me feel like I should just quit, but I’m not going to. I’m doing the best that I possibly can. Hope things change for the better but I am sad to see so many employees have gone and the reasons behind it. It’s time for us to speak out, time for us to stand up for one another. What if this Post gets me fired? So be it Because you know what It’s hard to find people that care and they are willing to come in and do their job and treat people with respect and put a smile on your face every single day. That’s a rare thing to find. when I go into work tomorrow I will Continue to Put a smile on my face and I’m gonna keep on smiling knowing that I’ve done the best that I can. things I have learned about being in management in companies, and this is for the managers Don’t let the power get to your head treat everybody like you wanna be treated your no different than anybody else in that restaurant We are all here to do our jobs to support each other and to make each other happy we shouldn’t have to feel like when we come into work who’s gonna yell at us today? Who’s gonna treat us like crap? Or bully us or Should I even be here? Should I even come in tomorrow? Remember guys a working environment where people want to come into work because I’m that person I want to work. I want to be there for my customers, our customers and for a team There are a lot of improvements that need to be made. I’ve been here for some time now maybe longer and I am sad at what I’ve seen and how I’ve been treated. I hope I really do hope that things get fixed in the restaurant and that structure is being delated throughout to the coworkers and everyone is doing their job like they’re supposed to. I think corporate should bring somebody in to see what it’s like working there Bring somebody in for a month or two don’t let anybody know who you are and see how people are treated and how things are ran at this location. I hope that things change because I love what I do and I don’t want this to happen to others. Y’all deserve a happy place to work. We all deserve to be treated with respect. We all deserve to treat customers with respect we shouldn’t feel overworked understaffed. And I ask you customers I want you to stand with me, please let’s make a change. The more we expose...
Read moreThis is the assistant manager and she is VERY rude. During breakfast she will choose to not accept ORDERS from customers even though it is McDonald’s policy to continue taking orders for breakfast until 11am on weekends ! She had us waiting for over 20 min & stated she was not accepting our order because she simply just was not going to make it. She then proceeded to talk crap when I asked to speak to someone higher than her because that is not professional at all and I myself is in management. The general management understand that hey man we were waiting from 10:40 am for our breakfast and it is not our fault that when customers walk in they are like walking ghost. Not helped or greeted by the employees. But you’ll stand there and just wait. And wait. Even though your like hey excuse me. He went to make things right which pissed her even more off. She then proceeded to say “well this isn’t my money it’s McDonald’s. It’s not coming out of my pocket” and “well you weren’t the only one not getting your breakfast. We weren’t accepting orders there’s no pattys.” (The whole patty holder and other breakfast condiments were full !) we seen the employee open to “check”. Smh. Tell me why he made my 6 mc muffins 2 mc griddles and 6 hash brown's in no time. I really felt like she was being racist. Even the man standing beside me felt the same & we were not together. That really goes to show. People can be nasty. She really wanted attention so I’ll give it to her. Thank you for the worst customer service at McDonald’s ever ! I really wish reviews allowed videos so I can post the one of her taking smack the whole time with her back...
Read moreUpdating for below: Ordered from here again a couple nights ago, despite the issues from before. I know, dumb dumb mistake lol.
So I ordered a spice mcchicken meal, large with a milkshake, and a buffalo bacon chicken sandwich, and an oreo mcflurry.
The fries were cold, and stale, tasted like they had been sitting around for an hour, so I had to throw them out. Milkshake was wonderful. Mcflurry had a few sprinkles of oreos on the top but that was it, I paid for a mcflurry, and got a normal ice cream with a few crumbs that were not mixed in at all.
Now for the serious issue with the order- Both of the chicken patties had clearly been cross contaminated, because the spicy one made my tongue and lips go numb which was odd because I had eaten them before, on top of that it was mostly ligament and unedible.
The buffalo chicken sandwich was soft, and easy to eat, but it also after a few bites made my tongue and lips go numb. So I only got a few bites of both sandwiches, and then had to throw them out to avoid getting sick...... $32 for a large shake, and an ice cream that was meant to be a mcflurry.
I hope the day crew puts in more time, and effort when preparing food, as compared to the night crew.
First Review: Have ordered from here twice in the last week. Both times I have been given the oldest, nastiest, soggy fries. The last three times I have eaten here, it has made me so sick, and gave my son food poisoning.
Yes I know McDonalds is not great food, thus why I have not touched it in ten years, until 2 weeks ago. Now I remember why lol.
Don’t eat here, go...
