The manager and staff at the Spanish Fork Domino's Pizza are very helpful and accommodating even when they are busy at rush time. We had had some trouble with the Payson Domino's not delivering a pizza after 2 hours of waiting and my wife called in to find out what was going on and told the manager after having been hung up on twice that she wanted her money back. So the manager at the Payson store said Your order is canceled and we never did receive a pizza. Because this to go hungry during dinner hour for over 2 hours only to find out that if we wanted our money back they would take the pizza back to the store and needed themselves. However, this Spanish Fork Domino's Pizza real do backflips to help you out. As well as make you a priority when corporate after you have called them to report your experience with the Payson store has given you a good deal of food credit. Therefore, I highly recommend the Spanish Fork Domino's Pizza they serve the same menu that old Domino's serve in this locale and they deliver hopefully on time unlike the Payson store. They are ready willing and able to do their best to make their food delicious and appealing. Domino's has been a decent chain pizza restaurant business for quite a number of years and are continually updating their menu to meet the needs of their customers and to avoid business interruptions that can occur when people's tastes change every 7 years. They are careful to make sure they are staying ahead of people's changing desires and coming up with the new ideas. The new tots type dish seems to look very appealing however I have not tried any of the thoughts dishes yet. However, I don't think anyone can beat their sandwiches which are served hot and there are five different options. The personal favorite of everyone I know is the Italian sandwich which is a delicious selection on very tasty bread. The favorite item for me that they serve are the parmesan bites and the garlic sauce for dipping the parmesan bites which already have a good deal of butter flavored oil and parmesan as well as garlic. The location is a bit odd if you're not familiar with Spanish Fork generally, which is a good reason to make your order for delivery, that way you don't have to go searching for the store. There used to be a workout place where they are located and it is slightly off one of the major roads US highway 6 between I-15 and the opening to Spanish Fork canyon. So to get there from my 15 you'd go through a series of lie it's down at city level and then pass a number of fast food restaurants Celeste which would be the McDonald's and US 6 begins to climb a grade and then there is a stoplight at the intersection of highway 6 and Center Street. However Center Street is kind of a bend there with a small strip mall on the south side of the road and gas station on the north side. The Domino's is in the strip mall and the entrance to the strip mall parking lot is on the west side of the strip mall so you would have to make a turn on to Center Street to get down to the entrance and then backtrack to the further east side of the strip mall to get to the Domino's which does have the characteristic sign and logo however occupies only a very small space between fizz on the very end and the next door to the west. Again, because of the location and the Hampton Inn which is the only hotel in town and only about a mile and a quarter away just call in your order and ask for delivery. I hope you find my review helpful if not please recommend changes and I will be happy to hear others opinions of my...
Read moreI had probably my worst experience ever with dominos yesterday. I know they were busy with all the 50% off online orders, but it was ridiculous. I, with probably 5 other people, was told that my order wasn't ready, even though the app said it was out in the oven 5 minutes before. I saw a pizza and garlic knots that looked like mine, and I asked if mine was ready, and after a brief glance, the worker told me no, same with all others waiting there in the store with me. Afterwards what ensued was comical mayhem of workers getting frustrated and yelling at other workers while the orders kept piling up on the ready shelf. The workers themselves did not make themselves approachable to ask questions, and one lady had enough, and went back to the shelf herself to see if her order was ready. It was, and she grabbed it to walk out. All of a sudden a worker noticed, finally only because she stepped behind the counter, and told her she's not allowed to touch the orders. The lady just said, "Too late! It's my order! Been waiting too long!" And she just walked out. One by one a bunch of us waiting started noticing that our orders were probably on the shelf too, and our names had just been overlooked as well. All of us, one by one, asked a worker, once we got their attention, if a specific box or pile was our order. We all had to direct the worker to look at specific orders and receipts, because they hadn't been looking for them regardless of tons of people waiting in the store. Sure enough all of our orders had just been sitting there, even when the workers told us they weren't there. They were! And orders were piling up for no reason whatsoever. To top it off besides a cold pizza, I got to open up my box to barely more than a quarter of the pizza with sausage when I had asked for half. Poor experience, and unapproachable workers. It's very unlikely l'Il be going to dominos again...
Read moreHonestly, these guys try their best. Yes, our food was late yesterday, but the pizza was hot and fresh when it arrived. Our previous orders have been great. Whoever cuts the pizza is still working on it. I’ve tried to cut pizza. It’s not that easy lol. Anyway, the man who made the delivery said it was a busy night. It happens. A lot of people who complain have probably never worked in these kind of jobs, so they have no idea what it’s like to be in their shoes. Some of those people who complain probably have stay at home jobs and do nothing productive all day besides complain. Some people just live to complain because they are miserable themselves. My husband is a chef, and his tip for the rude and nasty people is be kind to those who handle your food. The people who handle your food are also in control of your health. Don’t mess with people who handle your food. Overall, great job guys and gals! You’re probably new and are trying to get the hang of multitasking. It will come. Continue to work on those skills to perfect it. It takes time. You’ll get there. Ignore those male and female Karens who have never worked hard in their life. Also, if it makes you all feel better, I’ve ordered from a few Dominos in Provo who are way worse, but like you, the employees try. The food was great non the less. Delivery driver was polite. We had a girl deliver in the past and she was kind and polite too. The pizza had extra toppings on it, but that’s okay because I’m a person who likes extra on my food so no...
