I wish I could give 0 stars. They certainly don’t deserve 1. I’ve already reported them to their corporate office and the owner, James. The women that run that place at 2am are rude, nasty, disrespectful, and overall disgusting. We sat in the left hand drive through lane for 15 minutes. While we sat, we noticed that the right hand lane was taking orders and passed 3 vehicles in front of us without even acknowledging our presence. We assumed that there must be a malfunction with the speaker box, so we pulled forward to the glass and asked if we could place our order, but we were met with contempt and horribly, antagonistic attitudes. They said, “Well, I’m responsible for the left lane, but you’re going to have to get out of my line and drive through again.” Seriously? How, in this day and age, are people overlooked, and then talked to like we’re trash? We are the ones marching for you to have a livable wage at these jobs, but after the service, and response we received just for merely asking if we could place the order face-to-face, you don’t deserve anything above minimum wage. In all my years, I have never received such horrible, and nasty service. I never take the time to write bad reviews, but for this establishment, I’ll make an exception. I was with a doctor and we were stunned at the lack of professionalism at this establishment. I will never come back here ever. Maybe they were rude because we were gay. I plan to file a complaint with our local LGBT advocacy center and the ACLU, and see if a boycott of this establishment is warranted. Absolutely disgusting! Save your money folks. Read moreI could give no stars i would. I always go here because its close to home. About a week ago i went in and i got my 3 sons a happy meal and i ordered a mocha frappe. When my order was almost ready i noticed that my UNCOVER drink was right next the the cash registered with customers and employees talking laughing and handing money over my drink. When i got my food and told the employee i didnt want it. She grabbed the bag out of my hand and refunded my ENTIRE order. When i asked her why she would be that she smirk and replied i told her i didnt want it. Now im upset with 3 energetic hungry boys i start asking for the manager only to be informed that the person who had just displayed such childish behavior was the manager. When i continued to complained she looked me in my face and told me she made 15 dollars a hour and i could leave. When i told her my boys were waiting for food she then called the police on me. I was humiliated and shocked. My boys were Terrified i explained to the officers what happened and they told me i should just leave and file complaint which i did. Not learning my lession i went back a few week later and ordered 3 happy meals everything went fine until i got home and notice a 6 piece nuggut was missing. I called he apologized and took my name told me to come up anytime for a new happy meal. 2 days later i returned only to be told i needed my receipt and being told that i had not talked to any one there because they dont take names. Now my blood is boiling i come back throught the drivethur for the general managers number. They don't tell you before you pay because you might cancel the order. When I got to the pickup window, I got my drink. How, I was told my pies weren't ready and asked to move up to the third window. I asked how long it would take because I didn't want to wait. I was told three minutes, so I decided to wait. I don't expect the timing to be exact, but I expect it to be close. When I had waited for seven minutes I called inside asking about my order. While I was on the phone, my order finally arrived. While I was waiting, I had looked at my receipt to see how much the items I ordered cost. No prices were listed on the receipt. The young lady who brought my order didn't know why that was so I asked for a manager. When he came, he didn't seem to know either. They both suggested that it was probably a problem with the printer. I didn't agree with that because everything on the receipt was printed clearly. The prices had just been omitted. I told the manager this was not acceptable as I wanted to be able to check the prices I was charged. I gave him the receipt I had been given and he said he'd see if he could get me a better one. I did finally get a complete receipt. All together, a transaction that should have taken less than five minutes from the time I paid for my order took nearly 20 minutes with no apology for my wasted time.
