McDonald's — Restaurant in Sparks

Just wanted to give a Big Shoutout to this Super friendly McDonald’s! I didn’t go today, but did 2 wks ago at 9:55pm and pulled in the drive through because they are open until 11pm! But I guess not that night but luckily the group of employees smoking out front on the sidewalk were so kind to as to Scream at me that you were Closed made me Glad you were! But I went back the next week because I loved being around kind hearted people! And ordered at large French Frys on the app. And went inside to pick it up! Waited 8 mins and when I kept seeing all the customers come and go through the drive through I was actually kind my mom taught me manners! Asked one of the employees when I got a chance to of course, because she the other employees myself the customer were listening to another gentle soul scream and complain about Every. Single. Customer who came through the drive through! But the one employee I was able to get the attention of kindly snarled at me they were making them now! After 10 pleasant minutes in this friendly environment I received my preordered French fries and had the mistake of asking for ketchup which I’m surprised I received after the Very Loud eye roll! Keep up the Great work! Friendly Establishments like this is what America is made...

Terrible. The slowest service that I have ever had at any fast good restaurant. The ordering process was painfully slow, we waited for close to five minutes before being "greeted," there was never actually a greeting, no "hi," no smile, not eye contact. The ordering process itself took forever, we kept having to repeat ourselves, we were not being asked to repeat herself...she would just take minutes to type in one item that was ordered and then look at us blankly...we seriously had to repeat our order numerous times. She kept sticking her hands in her mouth and on her face, she did not wash them once...she was handling food and then money without visiting a sink while also sticking her fingers in her mouth. No one seemed to enjoy their job or care about the customers. I am a very nice person that is super forgiving, understanding and patient...and I was losing my patience with this woman. The place was very dirty, and the machine was out of ice. Also, my salad had about half the greens that my salad normally have and our order was incorrect and we had to practically beg the manager on duty to please give us our correct order. It was very frustrating. I hate to leave such a negative review, but this evening's experience warrants a...

I get 2 large coffees almost every day. Today, 11/22 at 10:55am, in the drive thru, my coffees were very underfilled, a good half inch below the fill line, not the top of the cup. I asked to have the coffee filled properly. The woman at window immediately got defensive and said they are only able to fill coffee to fill line. I told her to look in coffee. They were way underfilled. She only wanted to argue. I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked to speak with someone else. She said there was no one else. I again asked her to fill coffee properly. She screamed no. I said I would not move my car until she filled them properly. She yelled that she didn't care, threw up her hands and walked away from window without giving me the coffee I had paid for. I don't know her name but she had black hair with black framed glasses, stocky build with a lot of makeup. Another woman came up to window asked what was wrong, I told her. I also told her that manager was not an asset to McDonalds and should be fired. She filled coffee cups, gave them back and I left. At no time did I raise my voice but I was firm about what I wanted. She should not be a manager or employee at company....
