Update: I would give this 0 stars if possible. I made a mistake and figured this store may have gotten itself back together since my last donation issue. So I loaded up my truck with expensive brand new tile (still packaged in boxes) I decided not to use for a house project. This would have been enough to remodel a large area. I went to the drop off area to donate thinking my donation would help someone remodel on a budget, but I was told at 2 o'clock they were no longer taking donations for the day (Saturday) I asked when they were and they said on Tuesday. I told them I couldnt have that much stuff in my truck, and told them I had no choice but to go to the dump with it all. The rude associates didnt care, and didn't even bother to ask what I wanted to donate. They litterally could have made a lot of money off my donation and let it go to the dump! I will for now on not even bother with this store. This is not the only time this had happened my friend had the same experience with this store and i figured it was an isolated event. I used to donate at least quarterly to this store, but from now on I will save myself time, and just head strait to the dump. I guess they do not like free money. And just for reference there were at least 2 associates in the loading area that I could see.

Original Review This used to be a great place with wonderful deals. Now it is overpriced. I used to go every Saturday, and now I don't go in at all. I find much better deals on new items at Lowe's. On another note I used to donated at the store all of the time but became turned off when I heard one of the employees say they were going to keep a brand new...

Great place for deals on a lot of stuff.

I leave two stars because I called recently and asked a lady if an item was still available that I saw a couple weeks back but couldn't afford then; she seemed surprised I would even ask this of her and I could tell she wasn't happy having to get out of her chair.. I was put on hold and less than a minute later she said its no longer available.. I doubt she even left her chair.

Well today I stopped by and there it was because I just knew she didn't even check.

As inconvenient as it was for you, lady, think about the inconvenience and cost of driving to the store from somewhere not so close when an employee who is currently there could just relay the requested information to a customer. Do better office lady; if you don't know then ask a coworker who would. I hope they replace her with someone who inspires humanity as the company name implies.

I feel like they should have more variety and better quality of stuff. It's for a good cause like I like that they help build houses for no cost to the person whose going to live in them so I feel like they should have a social service to supply to low income doing remodels or fixing things. They would need more variety like paint and stuff though. The signs all over the store said 25% discount on lighting. My cousin asked me and the lady if both the light bulbs and the lighting fixture she got qualified for the discount. The lady said basically what are you talking about and said she thinks it's light sources whatever that means. Then the lady said okay I even gave you 10% off not the bulbs but the fixture and we were like ummm all the signs say 25% why are we only getting 10% and we had to point there was even a sign right behind her.
