Starbucks — Restaurant in Sparks

This particular Starbucks location is very hit or miss. Some days the drinks are made just right, other days you can't taste the peppermint that is supposed to be in your drink. The same can be said for the speed of service, and yes, I understand with COVID things are moving slower, thia goes back pre COVID. The employees are all very nice and helpful on a consistent basis, so I thank all of them for that!😄 Finally, just the logistics of this particular location are a bit cumbersome and I advise you to be VERY CAREFUL when exiting this drive thru as you have people flying in off of Vista Blvd, going the wrong way, going too fast, and for some reason people like to just stand in random spots throughout this parking lot and just stand there and chat, it happens everytime I visit any shop in this shopping center. Overall, great employees, but hit or miss on how long it takes and how good your drink will or will not...

Staff is very friendly, however the last two days I have had issues here. I always mobile order and usually have no problems, however yesterday 2/11/20 my mobile order was not ready and I had to wait 5 minutes. (Almost late for work) and then to top it off the cup was 3/4 full. At the price paid for a Venti I would expect a Venti not a Grande in a Venti cup. And then today 2/12, once again my order was not ready... they said they had label trouble. They went on to help others and again I had to wait for my drink. A cold brew which should be very quick and easy to make. I would think I would have taken priority. So the last two visits have not been good for me. No more from there for awhile. Hopefully it can get back to how it used to be. I will wait a few weeks before...

Faith helped me today with my drinks. I order my drinks all 4 venti size NO ICE (pink drink, mango dragon, green tea, and a cold brew vanill). Faith pour all my drinks 3/4 full and said because there is no ice on them the cups, it looks a little empty! What the heck! I never had my drinks cut short just because I don't want ice on them I paid full price for all venti sizes. So, if I buy grande no ice I get a tall size but pay the grande size but Faith at this Starbucks. Staff thinks is ok to cut people short of their drink because they don't want ice or the owners asked her to do this? Never again going there. The Starbucks in pratter does not cut you short...
