Six months ago, I handed my business card to a girl at the drive-through window after receiving my order. I thought nothing of it, as I routinely distribute my business cards to promote my work. However, a few days later when I went through the drive-through again, the manager berated me, as if I had intentionally done something inappropriate. I felt that the manager, whose name I do not know (she had dark hair and wore glasses), had overreacted. Ever since then, every time I go into the store to buy coffee, the same manager speaks to me in a condescending manner. I believe that the manager's projecting her aggressive feminist attitude towards male customers is not only inappropriate but also the new form of racial intolerence and indifference against people of color in an already non-inclusive community. Read moreWe absolutely love Starbucks but I think that after Saturday we will probably never go back to this location. Wife special needs daughter and I all tried to order online. Daughter got her order in but both wife and I couldn't get our orders to go in. Online said they were out of wife's frappuccino and my cold brew. Out of cold brew???? So we decided to go in the store. We were in the store 15 minutes and they only waited on 2 people. So we decided to leave. Daughter was just about to get her order so wife and I got out of line and we stepped out the door to wait for her. She got her order (which wasn't even close to what she ordered) and met us in the truck. When she got in I could smell coffee. Whatever they gave her was a hot coffee based drink but service was sooooo bad we decided to not go back in. $5.90 for something she would never drink. Even though the price of my "special Starbucks Holiday coffee drink" was ~approximately $6.89 including taxes. *so now a $5.00 giftcard WON'T buy a large coffee for my xmas gift anymore☹🙄 ☕This location has been in my area for quite a few years, and I hardly ever go inside because the parking is cramped and clumsy. The drive thru gets a lot of business at busy times of day. In my opinion, the servers/baristas almost always get things correct. Keep in mind that my orders are not very large.
