Sparta Nutrition Store — Restaurant in Sparta Township

Girl with the glasses seems to pick and choose the people she wants to assist, I walk in stood in her face for about 5 minutes. The phone rings and she decides that was not important she then hangs up and walk away. Another customer comes in and she helped her right away and decided to walk away again. The phone rang AGAIN and she decided that was more important AGAIN Walks away and then she decided to help me. I can’t except the fact if they were busy or so on but her actions were clearly on purpose.

Update 4/24/24 Too bad I didn’t get to your response on a timely manner. Your response shows you have no respect for your customers and willing to say anything because you seem a tad upset for a review thats clearly optional to post ? It’s not my responsibility to know your employee was robbing the store nor is it my problem to fix your problems for a business you run. I’ll happily come on by to your best convenience and we can talk about it like gentleman since you seem to think I’m hiding behind a post. You let me know what day and time is best for you , oh and if any questions send me an email it’s clearly on my Google info. This place used to be a great spot. It's so sad that over the past couple of months, the phones have not worked so you cannot call in your order for the Sparta location. When I walked into the store, the wait was over 30 minutes for 1 smoothie. The owner proceeded to tell me he left the phone off the hook so no one can call in. Today, I called to place an order for my corporate associates that will be onsite, and the grill is off and the wait is over 30 minutes again for smoothies. The associate that answered the phone was not nice about me trying to order, almost like I was a burden for calling. I know the Newton Nutrition Store is not affiliated with the Sparta location anymore, as Newton is where I usually go. We do not have many healthy spots in the area so it really stinks to see the downfall of this location with their lack of customer service as I would of rated this place 5 stars up until last year. If you don't want people to order, maybe don't keep...

so glad i found this place. ordered a chicken and spinach bowl… cooked to perfection. heavy portion of chicken, just the way i like it! i asked for a suggestion of dressing and he gave me several options which i was so grateful for. ultimately i was hooked on their house chipotle!!!!!! so good!!! also ordered a protein shake that was out of this world. on top of that, the customer service was excellent—friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. highly recommend and can’t wait...
