I called and order a family dinner. I was missing one of the meals I ordered. I called to advise of the missing order and I was wet with nasty disgruntled employees that did not want to help my missing food order. I was transferred several times and they actually hung up on me because they didn't want to deal with my dissatisfaction. I had to call back and asked to speak to a manager and conveniently he was not available. The customer service in this place sucks and as a frequent customer I will now take my business elsewhere. I placed an order online to be delivered a couple stores down in the same plaza because I was working and couldn't get out to pick it up. I received a rather rude phone call basically along the lines of "why don't you just pick it up, where are you" as if the address, store name and directions I gave weren't clear. Maybe they were having a bad day? That's forgivable. We tried a variety of their specialty slices since they all looked great. Happily they also tasted exceptional. The Fettuccini alfredo pie was really good, meat lover's was just how it sounds, the Upside down had lots of sauce and lots of cheese and tied for my husband's favorite with the Cajun chicken.
