Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Spartanburg

This zaxbys has entered the elite status of zaxbys in the spartanburg area. Only other on is inman zaxbys and boiling springs zaxbys that reach that category for me. This one is probably the best out of the 3 along with inman. I only eat a few fast food places and zaxbys is my favorite so places like east main and westside zaxbys which are always hit or miss i dont prefer as much. This one ive been to 3 times so far all different times of the day and the food was top notch zaxbys, top notch zaxbys efficiency, and good service. One fo the only few zaxbys that prefer bring the food directly to you instead of just screaming your name through the store. I placed a pickup order and went into the lobby. I stood there for a while until a lady made eye contact and told me my food was on the shelf. I grabbed it, but there were no drinks. She said someone inside had to get them for me. Then she just walked away and spent the next 10 minutes staring at a screen, waiting for something.

Went once not long after it first opened. Ordered $30 worth of wings. Lady at window asked if I was picking up an order for some name that wasn't me. I said no and gave my name. She tries to give me a drink. I say I didn't order a drink and gave my name again. Gives me a bag that's way too light to be what I ordered. Had a different name on it (not my name or the name she initially thought I was.) I tried to point this out. She insisted it was correct and asked me to move on.
