Culver’s — Restaurant in Spearfish

I ordered online for the 25% discount but wanted to eat inside. I notified the young man behind the counter of our intentions, and he called the manager over. After explaining to the manager what I did, she said no problem and that she would notify the staff. After my husband and I waited for over 20 minutes, I went to the counter to see why we hadn't gotten our food yet. I again explained to two other people behind the counter what we did and what table we were sitting at. They said ok. Another 10 minutes went by, and I inquired at the counter about our food. And again I said where we were sitting. About 10 minutes later my husband went up and our food was in a bag in the food pick-up area. And it was no longer warm. When we were finished eating, we ordered 2 sundaes from the table-top ordering scan code. We waited and waited. People who came in the door while we were waiting and ordered food and sundaes got their food and sundaes while we waited. My husband went up to the counter and our sundaes were sitting on the back counter, melting. The melted sundaes were handed to my husband as they were. We ate them anyway Ugh! I understand many things could've contributed to both mishaps, but this is the worst visit to this Culver's we've ever...

We have eaten at many Culver's in the past all across this country and they've been fine. Unfortunately our experience tonight at the Spearfish location was not good. We stood at the front counter for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. One female employee saw us, didn't say anything, and left to clean off tables. Then another man saw us, didn't say a word, and kept bagging food and took it to a drive thru customer. He finally took our order after another lady(was she the manager?) told him to. He was nice, polite and answered our questions. I ordered the double butter burger with cheese. When it arrived the patties were very dry and lukewarm at best. The bun was hard as a rock on top. The cheese was not melted. Honestly, the whole thing was gross, but I was so hungry I took the bun off and ate the patties and cold cheese. My husband ordered the sourdough melt and it didn't seem fresh off the grill. The sourdough bread didn't seem like good quality and the cheese was not melted. After this experience, it is obvious the quality of food and preparation has sadly deteriorated at Culver's. We both decided that we will...

Absolutely terrible. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 grilled chicken patties and a family cheese curd. Not only did it take 10+ minutes to get my order, they didn't give me my patties. That's an easy fix and it happens when busy. But when I went back through and told them they forgot them they were upset and annoyed at me and basically threw the bag at me without saying a word, I check again and they only gave me 1/2 chicken patties. I went around AGAIN for the last patty and the 2 people in drive through gave me a harsh attitude and still didn't apologize, give me coupons, or even a discount for waiting/having to come back for my food. At this point the curds and chicken is cold and they didn't remake them. They just threw it in a bag and sent me on my way. This was an awful experience and there is honestly no excuse for that...
