I am extremely disappointed in the service. My wife went to get a serpentineine belt for our car. She was given the power steering belt instead. The next day, she returned and explained the situation. The belt was replaced with another belt, and she was assured it was the correct part. She returned to our disabled vehicle, and we discovered that once again, she was given the wrong belt ( it was a serpentine belt, however, not for our vehicle). I then returned to the store again and explained to the employee that we had been given the wrong part 2 times. His reply was that we obviously had not spoken to him or it would have been right. I told him I wasn't sure who my wife had spoken to, but 2 times getting the wrong part was unacceptable. The employee responded "well it is what it is." The other employee asked what type of vehicle I needed a belt for, my reponse was I knew what the part number was and gave it to him. He left to get the part, and I spent the majority of my gift card balance on a few random items and left the card on the counter with the $3-$4 balance remaining. I then left after telling the employee I wouldn't be back again. I have driven over 120 miles back and forth to my disabled vehicle and wasted several hours of time and the service I got; " It is what it is." I will not be returning to a business that treats its customers in such a manner. It is their job to get you what you need, I should not have to go ahead of time to get the part number for them as I did the last time. They obviously do not care about their reputation or the money I have spent over the years. Just an update to their response.. I did, in fact, reach out to the email address they listed.. guess what...... I never heard anything back from them. I bought the tools and returned them to the same employee but I couldn’t find the receipt, the employee was extremely rude about it. So I said can I talk to your manager. The manager came out and I explained that I bought the tool this morning and lost the receipt. The manager said he could only do store credit. I said that’s fine by me, and then proceeded to shop around. As I’m walking around I hear the horrible employee talking about me. I said “I can hear you” he said “I know I’m saying it loud enough so you can” that angered me and started yelling at him for how rude and disrespectful he was being.
