Smoothies aren’t blended if you order via the app and don’t tip! All drinks had numerous ice chunks, some also had whole oats, globs of peanut butter and banana slices in the bottom of our cups… could not use a straw to consume, so $10+ smoothies aren’t viable because staff expects a tip for a pickup order? We don’t interact with staff via online ordering drinks, flat breads, salads and/or bowls, and we walk in to collect our orders; what service are you providing that earns additional compensation? Absolutely expect to be passed the handheld card reader in the drive thru also to pay a tip! The push from the staff for tipping here is RIDICULOUS, but now to the point that smoothies won’t be blended?! Once or twice, MAYBE a coincidence, but not this many times now! I’ll happily take the family to Good Earth, Green Bean, and Blackbird Espesso for bowls or even visit Common Grounds, City Brew or Starbucks for my smoothies in Spearfish from now on; several other options available, all...

Stopped in for the first time today. I had the veggie hummus wrap with the kale and apple slaw on the side. My wife ordered a smoothie. The quality of the food was excellent. The wrap and slaw were fresh and absolutely delicious. The smoothie was very refreshing and tasted like fresh fruit, it was smoothie perfection.

The drive-through experience was prompt and professional during the ordering process, the pick-up window interaction was the same with the addition of personable and friendly employees. The employees were remarkably good at their jobs and really delivered a great experience + excellent food.

The wrap, side and smoothie set me back $13 and change. I felt like that was a very fair price for the amount of food we received. When you account for the quality of the food and service, it’s a bargain.

Apparently the open sign lit up and the drive-thru menu lit up means they are closed. After a long day of sight seeing and hiking in the Spearfish area we drove across town to have a refreshing smoothie only to find the open light on, the menu at the drive-thru lit up and they were closed. The young lady behind the counter stared at us with an annoyed look when we tried to open the door.
