Dominic's of New York — Restaurant in Speers

One of my favorite places to eat, I just moved back from Raleigh and it was all I could think about. Their hours say 9, I get there at 10 still not open. So i either drive back home then come back later or sit and wait. Definately not thrilled about this

Update: So it's now 11 o'clock and they are still not open after I have been sitting here since 945. I will never come here again. I normally eat there 3-4 times a week and have been for 9 years. Just lost a life...

This used to be my go to place for a sandwich during lunch. Unfortunately, the service recently has take a major dive. We had previously been able to call ahead and leave and order so that our lunch break wasn't over. Most times now, we can't get anyone to answer, even if we call early in the morning to set up an order for later.

The food was good, but not being able to call ahead means a longer wait, which means the convenience of Dominics loses out to most...

Food is very fresh and tasty. I usually get the reuben with extra meat and is the best I have ever had. Staff is very fast, clean, polite, and will chat if you are in the mood. I have never received a cold shoulder or had a bad experience here. After having a hot sandwich here it's extremely hard to go back to regular fast...
