Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spencer

Attention people never order from this Domino’s I repeat never order from this Domino’s location in Spencer, Massachusetts. It’s the worst Domino’s that I have ever encountered or ordered from either online and in person I already had issues and contacted corporate. The manager offered me a free pizza told me everything would be fine, but not to use the coupons online because when you get to the store, it’s a different price. I recently ordered Domino’s tonight. 10/17/2025 I ordered delivery. The delivery driver gets here. I asked him. How do I tip him if I order delivery cause I usually pick up being it’s not so far from my house he tells me call the store and surprise you haven’t paid.! I use the same card at this Domino’s all the time when I go pick up either drive-through or in-store how is my car declined? All I got was your card was declined. My card never declined never order from this. Domino’s. These people do not know what they’re doing whoever is running it has no clue. I had to run a store. It’s trash it’s garbage and the food is terrible.! Especially the wings! I went to pick up a pizza from Domino's store in Spencer Ma- 13 Pleasant St, Spencer, MA 01562, on Saturday 9/18/2021, and it was of very poor quality, as if they didn't even care of how it looked.Both pizzas looked as if they were left over from the day before, very dry, almost like the cardboard they was served in. The manager had his nerve to say he was not going to give us our money back in cash, instead as store credit , but eventually we got the money back after giving them there poor quality pizzas back. It's a shame because during the week the pizzas were great, but on the weekend they are of terrible poor quality. I guess it depends on what time or day you go to get pizzas, but it should not be that way. they should be of the best quality all the time , no matter the day or time you choose to buy pizzas from them....

Two times I’ve been here been HIGHLY dissatisfied. Don’t know who’s been giving this place 5 star reviews. Went inside to place an order, stood there for a good 10 mins and hollered to the back a couple times then finally left. There was an orange car out back but literally not a soul inside. Ordered online the other time and I should’ve looked at the pizza because I left. It was as dry, overcooked, sauceless, and uncut. Honestly I didn’t think you could mess up a small cheese pizza that badly. This store is a joke and a sad excuse for a place to get food. Literally any other pizza place or even any other restaurant in town and surrounding towns within a 10 mile radius is 10x better than what these chumps can do.
