Spencer Pizza — Restaurant in Spencer

I had ordered from this restaurant on accident due to google linking their website to a different spencer’s pizza in a different part of MA. When I had called and explained the ordeal, they were extremely disrespectful and refused to give me any help. The man on the phone had explained he couldn’t do anything since the food was already made. When I explained to him there was no way I was able to pick up the food and it was a mistake on googles end, he told me he would not be contacting slice as “they are smarter than he is.” I understand making the food and not wanting to provide a full refund, but to sit there and be extremely disrespectful throughout the call is not okay. He asked me, the customer, what he’s supposed to do with the food now. When I told him to give it to the next customer who ordered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza, he said he wouldn’t get another order until four pm. Average pizza place. Got several items on a friday night. They were pretty busy, told us 25 mins i get there after 30 and waited another 15 min . Got the lasagna for my son, generous serving and seemed decent quality. My wife got the steak and cheese which was average, not a lot of cheese but the steak was good. I got the Tuna sub, they use chunk light tuna (sub par quality). The bread they use is very good. But the pizza was terrible.
