Visited late afternoon on Memorial Day for an order pick up. Place was busy. My pick up order was 10 minutes behind my original pick up time. The blonde female that was running the cash register/assembling to-go orders wasn’t being very nice to other employees. While she was getting cash out of the register, she said out loud in a very irritated tone that she needed someone to get her more $1 bills. All the other employees were busy handling food trying to get caught up on orders. The girl next to the cash register assembling sandwiches said she can’t get her the bills because she’s busy and they went back and forth for a little bit on spat with each other. Ordered on the website for pickup - turkey sandwich meal. I asked for pickles on the sandwich and a side of pickles and chipotle Mayo in the comments box. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie. What did I receive? A mere two pickle chips on my sandwich. No side of pickles. No side of chipotle Mayo. Sugar cookie instead of chocolate chip. No drink cup. (My fault because I left without asking for it, as the tiny building was full). Sad. Ruined my excitement of having JM’s across from a hotel I stay at frequently for work. Sure, they were busy but accuracy and attention to detail should continue regardless of the volume of orders received. Disappointed. Went to store today 3/10 at 10:30 in morning. Have not really ate at JM before so was not familiar with menu. The 2 ladies working, I wish I got their name but I know one was from Kentucky by us chatting, anyways the workers were fantastic. They took time to explain things and even when we made a mistake, minor one easily fixed, and they both acted like no big deal at all. For example on my roast beef I didn't know until she almost cut my sandwich that mayo didn't come with it, I commented I wish I would have thought of that and she was more than willing to add mayo.
