Pretty much everyone in this area knows how horrible the Spiro sonic is, only because of the child who runs it. The GM is a literal tweaker. She has the employees reuse cups they drop or from orders that didn’t get picked up, using harsh chemicals to clean the styrofoam cups, I’ve been told by multiple workers. I found that out by complaining to a friend that worked there at the time about a ocean water I had finished halfway to open it for some ice and i found a RING OF DIRT INSIDE THE CUP. One of whom worked there for multiple years. The reason I’m leaving a horrible review now is because of this morning. My elderly 73 year old dad walked to EZ mart in Spiro. On his walk back, he was out of breath because of his COPD, so he stopped at the break area in the back of the sonic building to sit down and catch his breath. Nobody was there. Mind you, there have been MULTIPLE TIMES I’ve seen strangers sitting at that table, with or without sonic workers, and have never been asked to leave. But the GM decided to come outside not even a minute after my dad sits down to tell an elderly man with a vietnam veteran hat that he needs to leave. He proceeded to apologize and tell her he was just catching his breath, when she rudely interrupted him and told him he still needed to leave, but he could walk back up to the front and sit down at the dining tables. He had just walked from that direction, which I know she had seen him as most people know there are windows everywhere but the back of the building. Read more6 months of trying and having to go to the manager, the assistant Manger and even filing complaints to see if the issue could be resolved and seems that they can find the issue. It's not hard to run a small fast food joint and see who is causing the issues. Even speaking clearly and/or having someone speak to me at my car it seemingly can't be fixed. It's the employment of those who have no care for the business. Simple order that doesn't change month after month. Complete crew change needed at this store tbh. Your car hops do not take care of the customers orders to precise detail-required, your cooks are constantly messing up orders and your assistant managers end up bagging the wrong wrong. Ask me how I know? Clear as day when generally I have to wait 15 plus minutes to even get my order or I'm denied to place the order because half the crew is unwilling to assist the 1 main hop. Read moreFirst off horrible experience three times the last month! First two times they put veggies and mustard on burgers that were suppose to be plain and dry for my kids ! My kids were so upset and grossed out they wouldn't eat them. And I go today the lady one intercom was rude but I ignored it trying to be nice. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs 3 plain and dry hamburgers and one Jr. Double cheeseburger meat cheese ketchup mayo only. I get home to give my kids their burgers and three of them are double cheeseburgers and all but one was plain and dry. And I received two chili dogs. Okay I am missing a burger and three of the four I ordered (reminder one was missing and only one was a double cheeseburger) doubles. Now I'm not complaining bout them being doubles but I am complaining bout my husband having to go get something else to eat because he didn't want me to drive back and have to deal with the bs.they are wasting their food cost and messing up simple orders that I could literally do...
