used to come here religiously to put good use of my mail coupons i get every month, never had any problems with my orders or the staff and i really enjoyed coming here up until about a month ago when i noticed my order was rung up differently when i brought it to the managers/shift leader attention which whom i would usually order from instead of fixing it for me she shrugged and said "Thats the way we are SUPPOSED to ring it up so you were actually charged correctly" she pointed out matter-of-factly, soo alrighty then instead of sit there and argue why the switch up now when i been a regular for lil over two months and never been charged it like this and NOW U want to tell me this not even try fix it out of respect for getting my business and loyalty this whole time i decided to leave it alone no big deal you want to charge me almost $4 for two pieces of bacon when i can run down the Harps next door and grab me a WHOLE Package for that amount then feel free to loose my business btw i used to work for Subway that my friends its what we call a "money grab" back at my store which is exactly what went on here to do it to a regular its not something normally done but the girl that rung me up was new so she dint know better the manager should of refunded since i had never been charged the bacon before on my chicken bacon ranch just for failed consistency atleast and not try lecture me but oh well what do i know right? Read moreJasmine was extremely rude. We had a call in order and got home with it and 2 sandwiches were wrong. One had banana peppers on it instead of bell peppers. Jasmin said that the manager said for me to come in the morning at 8am and I could get another sandwich. I told her no that I needed it corrected now and she argued with me and saw no come in the morning. I said what are we supposed to have for dinner and she said she didn't know! I told her that I would be there in a minute to get my corrected sandwich. I went up there and they had the manager on the phone so she could hear what was going on. The other lady that worked there waited on me. She was just going to put banana peppers on it and i said no that we didn't want banana peppers we ordered bell peppers on it. So she was going to puck them iff and I said no that my husband was allergic to them. So she told the manager and she finally just made a new sandwich. We will never eat at the Spiro subway again. It is ridiculous that you have to arguing with a place of business in order to get your sandwich corrected. But what was nuts was that jasmine said to come up...
Read moreOne of the worst customer service especially when a shift lead or manager doesn't know how to handle a situation about a order that was placed for pickup and the order not be there and then somehow got picked up for delivery like how does a order get picked up to be delivered when the order was for that person to pickup themselves and then proceeded to tell me her name like it meant something,at the end of the day you could have acted your age instead of just ignoring the situation,it's okay to not understand something but to treat any customers like you did was just wrong and should know how to handle yourself instead of screaming your name at them,and let the customer address the situation before just rudely interrupting them like that's no way to be to someone customer or not,it's bad when your workers has better customer...
