KFC — Restaurant in Splendora

My family was coming home from a long road trip. I looked up this particular KFC to see how late it was open. Google said midnight and so did the sign on the door. We got there at 10:38 pm. My husband got out to check the door because there were chairs on the tables but people were seated inside. He said it was open. While we were unloading our Grandsons someone from inside locked the door unbeknownst to us. We get to the door and it's locked. Now if that's not the rudest damn thing. We knocked and knocked, people sitting at a table, in uniform, just sat and looked at us like we were dumb. Never even came to the door and damn if they refused to serve us in the drive-thru. If there were a reason for it to be closed early they could have at least came to the door and say that instead of sneaking to lock the door while we unloaded kids. The owner of this particular store must be top notch if he/she lets the employees sit around and refuse to acknowledge customers. My opinion is the only reason this store is still open is...

Their food makes me feel nauseated everytime I eat it. At first I tried to over look this thinking it to be nothing, but a mere coincidence, but as I continued to get food from this place, I noticed strands of hair on my chicken sandwich and my brothers wings had a nail on it. . . Not only is that unsanitary but it's extremely TRIFLING! I do not recommend you guys to eat here because they are trifling. They put their hands over my lid where I have to drink and when I tell them to not do that, when I receive my food its "items" in it, (hairs, nails, etc.) Who knows if their spitting in my drink and or my food. ALSO, they cook their chicken in the same grease after night time which is why I feel sick sometimes. . . Wow. I've had some bad fast food customer service but, wow. I kid you not, they messed up our order 6 different times and ways in one visit.

They didn't give us any drinks until we asked for them again. 2. They gave us only 2 drinks. 3. They gave us the wrong drink. 4. They gave us the wrong drink again. 5. They didn't give us any straws. 6. The sides they gave us were all wrong.

We were in the drive way for what felt like forever arguing with them and asking them to fix thing after thing. We eventually had to get the drinks from the kids in the back of the car to show them what he had gotten so far and what we needed. I don't understand why If I say we need another Dr pepper u dont just get me that. Why do I have to get the drink from the back to prove we already got the mt dew and need the Dr pepper?
