Literally everytime we go here there's at least 2 items either missing or incorrect. You'd think we'd learned out lesson by now, and quit going or at least learn to check and make sure everything's correct before we leave. It's just that usually we have the kids and are in a hurry. The most aggravating thing about this place though is that there were 2-3 times this happened before I ever even made it a point to call and complain. Then after about 3-4 times of this happening, I finally call to say something. We had got dinner after a late school event one night, got all the way home and open our good only to realize half the order is incorrect. When I called that acted like no big deal they said they remember me and theyd write my name down to correct it in my next visit. We'll on my next visit I asked about it and they had no record, also asked for a receipt, and when I told her i don't keep my fast food receipts from a month ago, she proceeded to get hostile and told me they don't do anything without a receipt.... I'll never go here again, this place is awful!...

Andrew, who was working the early morning shift of 0400, displayed exceptional customer service.
Loris, I believe is her name, cooked perhaps the best number 10 combo I have ever had. I'm not even exaggerating, I got a crispier than normal chicken sandwich with completely melted cheese. It was seriously the best jacks spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had and that is my order 95 percent of the time I am a patron here.

Ordered food quickly, they kept messing orders up, part of my order sat the whole time, they kept serving others in front of me, they tried to serve me a burger that had been sitting and fries that were taken off the top of the prep top. The manager made excuses for them. I was there for almost 30 minutes to walk out without anything, the manager tried to scam me out of my money. I paid cash and she said that I will get it back on my card in 3 days but could not get a refund receipt because she said they had to keep it with the register. I told her several times I paid cash, she went into the office and I could hear her telling someone that she should not have to refund the money, the food was ready. Finally she came back out after another 5 minutes and reluctantly gave me my money back with a refund receipt. Not to be that guy, but I could hear them and understand what they were saying in Spanish it was not nice, the Hispanic patrons got their food quickly...
