Subway — Restaurant in Splendora

This is the absolute rudest subway I have ever been to! Who ever was working on January 15th around 8:45pm are horrible employees! I was walking up to the door when the woman ran up clicked the open sign off snd and locked the door laughing like haha beat you to the door! She then said we aren’t serving anymore you have to eat somewhere else with a smirk on her face! I asked who is the manager and only asked cause the way she was behaving! She said I am and I asked for her name and slammed the door and locked it and walked off! I can guarantee she was not the manager! Not with that attitude! Her coworker was staring and laughing in the back ground! Then as I sat in my vehicle looking for “another place to eat” she came out side and gave me a dirty look and flipped her hand at me telling me I need to leave! I hope this reaches a manager that knows who I’m talking about cause I can guarantee this isn’t the first time they have...

I'm giving a 3 only because the two people behind the counter tonight were being worked to death when we were in there tonight. There were people constantly coming in and had no chance to stop and restock what they needed. The specials that were being run were nice but there was a need for more than two people. Possibly a dedicated person for the register, to restock and bake bread. They had run out of meatballs (Which was one of the specials) and I guarantee someone will come through there and give them grief about it. They both were handling it all very well and certainly don't deserve to catch the wrath of a disgruntled customer. Kudos to them for a great job under pressure. I’ve been in here twice now and twice there has been people running behind the counter with rotten mouths being as absolutely rude as possible. I just came in here to get my daughter a sandwich for lunch. Asked what choices of meat they had and she was really rude and said “there’s the menu” I said that I didn’t see where the meat choices were listed. She started laughing and a woman that looks like she’s actively using ran out of the back and starts yelling at me telling me I can look at the sandwiches on the menu!
