This isn’t the first or even second time I’ve been disappointed with my food, but with the price of food nowadays, I’m tired of paying for something I can’t eat. Ordered cheese fry’s, there was literally only 2 edible fry’s, the rest looked like what you’d leave behind in your fryer at home. Sure wouldn’t put it in front of a guest. This order wasn’t something that should have even gone out to a customer. Were paying full price, and should not get some rock hard, Grease filled See-through fry, When they melt the cheese on the top, they think it’s acceptable. I’m not sure what the issue is when it comes to sonic making fries, They need to stop sending out fry’s they wouldn’t eat, and cold fry’s, who wants cold fry’s. I get it sometimes things happen, But we pay way too Much for food, It’s not unreasonable to expect your cheese fry’s to come out at least warm, not the ones you made an hour ago, with all the nasty fry’s left over in the bin, you know you wouldn’t even eat., Pictures don’t show the hardness, or how some were even flat. This is what’s left after picking through for the decent ones, really unacceptable.
The carhop was great! Just the ones back in the kitchen, not right now many times they’ve given out nasty food, I’m sure not gonna complain so they give me some spit on food and return. But this is getting ridiculous. It’s every single time. and then no one answers the phone, I’m not about to load kids...

This afternoon, I reported the wait to different carhops 7 times and also a manager. A carhop finally came out with our melted ice drinks and warmish food (not hot) and said that we weren't checked in when I had confirmed it at the speaker.
I work in the public and worked at a Sonic for 6 years in the past so I know the protocol and understanding. We weren't offered fresh food today nor fresh drinks any of the times; I am glad that we didn't order ice cream or if would have been melted into sweet milk.
I usually give grace, but I have a very sick kid that hasn't eaten much in days so when he wanted a Sonic drink and snack, I tried to make him feel better. If I hadn't already paid through the app this time, I...
Read moreIdk if its a rule or policy of sonic...because every sonic Ive gone to does the same thing....but it seems to be the rule that they must place all burger sideways in the bag and crush them a little bit on the sides....maybe its to add flavor....but to me it just looks like lack of respect for the food they serve...just chucking all the burgers in the bag...making sure they are all on their sides...before sending them out...its not like the burgers don't fit in the bag if they set them in the bottom of the bag like a normal burger should be....they do make good food but the way its served is like garbage.....literally.....if I was to rate them on taste alone they would be a 4 or 5 but the fact that my burgers always look like they were pitched into the bag from across the kitchen destroys the product...
