I am sad that this isnt't the first time this happened to me at this Arby's. Why are the managers not teaching their crew to think. Why do you give a customer 2 milkshakes, with one person in the car and ask them to pull forward to wait for their food, when it is 80+ degrees outside. Then they only were able to process one car that was behind me before they brought my food out to me. Then when I asked the person why they would do that, she immediately said "Have a good evening" and walked away. I say "Stay away" from this Arby's as much as possible. I pray that the owner sees this posting and corrects the issues. In the mean time, I will be searching for other "Fast Food" places with drive thru service that actually can make it quickly to keep things moving. Ohh, and they mixed up one of my sandwiches. I asked for the Roasted Turkey and Swiss. The person taking my order, read it back to me, but still rang it up as a Roasted Chicken and Swiss, and that was what I received. Soo much for accuracy. UPDATE: I decided to visit again on 8/29/21. There were 3 of us in the drive thru, and I was the middle vehicle. They asked the car in front of me to pull forward to wait for their order. After paying and receiving my drink, they asked me to pull forward into a Handicapped spot. I am not handicapped and that is a violation with a substantial fine. I was then asked to park on the street. It was amazing there was only the one vehicle behind me and we all pulled away at the same time with our orders. I attempted to go online and provide this for the survey, and i received a message that this restaurant is no longer accepting surveys. Makes me think there are too many negative reviews on this...
Read moreThere was a get 5 for $5 deal for the Arby's roast beef sandwich and I love them live a block away and it was lunch time so they were slammed well I was unaware that I needed to download the app to go get the deal so I waited in line for fifteen min to be told this then I had to go around wait in line again because I only have a wifi phone so my phone's internet was slow it took me forever to get it downloaded finally then for me to sign up enter my info ect... So I decided to run inside to make it faster so I stood in a line like 7 people or more long to be told as soon as I got to the front that I was in the wrong line all online orders were in a separate line over to the left so I stood in line for an additional 20 minutes to be told that I couldn't pay cash I could only pay online with a card which I did not have by this time I had already been there for an hour or longer so I was determined to not leave without some food and I was seriously craving Arby's roast beef sandwich so I stood online again in the first line for another twenty minutes just to spend 14$ on two roast beef sandwich and a soda!
