Second time trying Market Street but this was my first time trying this location and both times were the same experience, I was hoping for a better outcome this go around. The restaurant had a couple of tables with patrons tonight when I came in for my to go order, the pizza was ready in 30 mins from the time of calling which was super cool. Staff was super friendly and the restaurant looked clean and inviting. I live about 5 minutes from this location and we all dug in to eat right when I got home with the pizza. I ordered 2 medium pizzas (1 pepperoni and 1 pepperoni jalapeno) and an order of mozzarella cheese curds. Mozzarella was delicious, I was hoping for the sticks but these were pretty good. The pizzas looked decent when I opened the box but when I picked up a slice it was falling apart and soggy as all get out, it wasn't raw just soggy! It didn't taste good either unfortunately since it was so soggy, we didn't even eat the pizza. I'm hoping it will cook better in the oven at home but it sucks to spend over $50 on food that was gross, hate to sound mean but it was gross. I tried calling the restaurant after this but no one answered so they could be busy now but I wanted to provide my feedback to the manager on this issue and tried to do so before leaving a review. I've attached pics of all my food items as well. Super disappointing to spend over $100 between 2 seperate visits and both ended up this way. I've seen so many reviews with great pictures and things to say and I'm just wanting a tasty slice like those darn it! Maybe this isn't the place to order to go but to dine in instead idk, I'm reluctant to try dine in after these last 2 orders 😅

We ordered the LouLou pizza, Valley Girl pizza, Pepperoni pizza, Garlic Parmesan Boneless wings, garlic fries and cheese curds. The LouLou was okay but the flavors didn't really work for me. The Valley girl was my wife's, she had one piece but it was too spicy for her (hot honey sauce). The pepperoni was actually really good. The Garlic Parm wings were just not good, my daughter ate part of one piece and stopped. I finished the piece and that was enough for me, which is odd because I love garlic Parm wings. The Garlic fries and cheese curds were actually really good. Food aside, the service was really good. Shown our table quickly, orders taken and served in a reasonable time. As for the atmosphere, the building and decor were fine, but there was a guy at the bar that was sure it was his personal karaoke bar. He was singing almost the whole time we were there using his phone to play music. Even some of the staff were joining in instead of maybe informing him that not everyone came to see him perform. We just likely won't be going back. Especially seeing as it cost us over $160, with tip (yes, I tip even if I didn't enjoy the food, because I am the one that ordered it), for us the bring did home and throw away all but the pepperoni pizza. About 1-1/4 pizzas worth and an order of wings, minus one piece, were tossed.

This place came out the gate swinging with solid food and a great staff. That's why I recommended to others and made a great video to support the place on my YouTube channel. It's also why we tried to have our daughter's 18 birthday dinner here. We called and reserved in advance. Showed up and they said we had no reservation then were incredibly disrespectful to us when we were seated saying they were already very busy and would try to get us water. Then they slapped menus down on the table and stomped away giving us a rude look. No happy birthday to my daughter nothing. We looked at the menu and half the stuff we loved was gone. No more mozzarella sticks no fried pickles. We left and no one even noticed. I won't be back. I don't recommend you go either. We ended up the Bearded Ginger where the food was awesome, the wait staff BEYOND nice and mozzarella sticks. Skip this place. They've lost touch with their customers. The last take out order was awful and we chalked it up to them being so busy but between the pizza showing up burned last week and the complete disrespect shown tonight I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever again.

I really want to like this place, but they aren't doing themselves any favors.

I've been here twice. The first time was takeout pizza a few weeks after they opened. They gave us a time estimate of about 45 minutes. I got there and ended up waiting an EXTRA 45 minutes for a total of an hour and a half. Throughout this I checked with employees multiple times about our order. When it was finally given to us, we opened it in the car and it was almost ice cold. It had clearly been sitting out the entire time we were there waiting. Not sure if that was a problem with employees not having basic organizational skills, management not having a good system in place, or both.

A few weeks ago we decided to go in just for ice cream and give that a shot. When we walked in there was a line to be seated and no employee present. We were pretty sure this was just the line for pizza, but nothing was directing us or pointing to where the ice cream was. An employee would briefly show up and then leave before we could ask about the ice cream, so we just waited. Throughout this we watched people walk up to the podium, scratch their own names off the waiting list, and leave. We finally got directed to the separate area for ice cream and got a few waffle cones. The ice cream looked like it was already partially melted as it was being scooped. We couldn't even walk out of the little ice cream area without the ice cream sliding off the cones and onto our hands and the floor. Not sure if this was a problem with the temperature of the ice cream freezer or the consistency of the ice cream. It possibly looked like the employee may have been keeping the doors of the ice cream display open the entire time.

I want to like this place. I currently don't...

Dined in, never been before but the kiddo wanted pizza for her 3rd birthday, so we decided to go someplace special and always wanted to try Market Street. The atmosphere is busy sports bar style with a game area and lots of TVs for the men in your life to not be in the moment and watch sports instead. Though the waitress was very nice we were sitting down at a table and were asked to move to another table to better seat other guests after we ordered. We got our sodas super-fast, never got a refill or asked if we wanted one while we waited for our pizza. Many other people came in big parties after getting their 7 pies, and we were waiting patiently until the people who sat in the table we were originally in got their pizza first. All that we ordered was a cheese pizza and their cheesy garlic bread. I looked behind me as a server asks if anyone in the big group was missing a pizza and even asked our waitress and she said no (obviously forgetting about us.) I put my hand up like HELLO we have been waiting for a long time pretty sure that's our pizza. Yup, it was not fresh as it should have been no apologies or anything for forgetting about us which would have been decent. Just the comment that the other people didn't touch our pizza when it was put down at our original table so there should be no problem. Even after all that we were ignored some more and finally got our check after another long wait. We were there for a very long time. I wish we would have just gone home and ordered it off of DoorDash or something - it would have been a lot faster. Wood fire pizza is hard to get wrong, so it did taste good but not for the price. Everything here is way overpriced, and the experience was not...
