Food was awful! awful! and awful! It was worst Indian Food I have ever had in my entire life. And I am of INDIAN ethnicity, I felt it was stored for a very long time and was reheated. I will be reporting this restaurant because of the health issues they have potentially created for me, and potentially creating for others. Some people can get sick by eating meat. CAUTION to all of the strict vegetarians out there. I ordered 2 Vegetarian dishes and while eating found a small chicken piece in one of my vegetarian dish. I wanted to tell the server calmly because of the other customers sitting around us, I didn't want to be disrespectful. Server; who seems so pretentious, came to me, and said, oh, sorry about that. I can take that away, and pick anything else from the order that I can get you instead? Of course, I couldn't swallow that dish because I am a strict vegetarian. She didn't care enough to know if I can digest meat or not. NOT EVERYONE CAN HAVE MEAT IN THEIR DIET. I was sick to my stomach, and on top her attitude made me so mad. Anyway, I had 2nd vegetarian dish with cheese, brought the left over home, and while eating that at home, found another Chicken piece in that dish AS WELL!!!!! I immediately started throwing up. So just a word of caution want to share this review with all the strict vegetarians out there. THIS Restaurant is using CHICKEN CURRY TO COOK VEGETARIAN dishes so that it tastes better to their consumers. NOT ORIGINAL, BUT BETTER WITH THE USE OF CHICKEN CURRY. Then move those vegetarian dishes to different menu, or mention proper ingredient list on your menu so people can order food according to their dietary restrictions. It is a sheer robbery and a false representation of food option. I will be taking strict actions for this soon. So when you go there and order food, and you are a vegetarian, please be careful. I went to eat their because of their vegetarian options...
Read moreThis restaurant is the WORSE Indian restaurant ever. We walked in at 7:30pm and restaurant posted closing time was 8pm. We ordered within 10 mins - mild spicy - and food goto our table at 8:15pm. As soon we had our first bite, it was known that food is extremely spicy and not mild, we’ve had Indian food all our life so we know the different in spice levels. Rather than complaining and having it remade, we decided to order yogurt to calm down the spice in our mouth as it was already late for them. The owner nor chef came out to apologize and when they finally came out at the end of our “spiciest meal”, she decided to explain “this is how spicy Indian food is, that’s how we made it here, not sure where are you guys from but this is how we work here” I was shocked about her response, further she added “all my staff waited just for you to get done, it’s 8:40pm now and yet you are all complaining .... every INDIAN person complaints to us and no INDIAN appreciates our hard work” as soon as I heard a racial slur from her, I lost it and responded back “we walked it before 8, ordered before 8, it is not our fault that you bring your food out to us after 8, we can’t just inhale the food, especially spicy food, we need time to eat it too. And yes I’m Indian by skin but that should’ve even be a factor in determining “every INDAIN complains here” and trust me I’ve had WAYYYYY better Indian food that is perfectly mild and MUCH MUCH MUCCCHHHH better customer service” the owner/chef was listening to defend herself and not to listen our complain. We paid and left. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SOMEONE WHO IS RACIAL ABOUT CUSTOMER SHE SERVES! she’s Indian herself, which is...
Read moreWe were coming back from the Memorial Day weekend and had been craving for Indian food and decided to stop here looking at the high rating and boy were we not ready for the most unpleasant dining experience of my life.
We had called in and pre ordered food since we didn’t want to loose time. The starters were really good and built our hopes for main course. Although the waitress was unpleasant while serving starters. We honestly didn’t mind bcoz everyone has bad days. We had ordered biryani and had asked for medium spice level and since we were were hungry. It WAS THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN. The cayenne powder was just poured into biryani and the rice was crunchy which is how rice would taste if it is days old. The raita was sour and the waitress was extremely rude and I (grown up 25 something woman) was scared. My mouth started burning with few bites. She confused our order and got upset with me. We did not order anything else since we were suspicious that she might spit in our food.
I strongly recommend NOT COMING HERE even if it’s the only restaurant in the state of Washington. I was really saddened by the bad representation of Indian food and most importantly Indian...
