When using the Lotto Machine with cash the machine froze. The cashier refused to assist. He wouldn’t reset the machine. He said that there was no store manager, said the lotto machine wasn’t their problem ( machines are serviced by store staff ). When I reached out to lotto they confirmed the store should have refunded, when they reached out store still refused to assist.
