My wife and I purchased a new house in September and wanted to start fresh by furnishing it with some new furniture. We chose Complete Suite, as we had purchased furniture there in the past and had a good experience. We stopped in and initially were interested in some furniture they had on display in there store, although we were told the furniture we chose were all back ordered until 2021. So I had asked the sales rep. what they did have in stock and that we did not want to wait months to furnish our new home. The sales rep. presented to show us furniture they did have in stock or at the most would be just a couple of weeks to transfer the items from another location to there's, and then set up delivery. I was told at the latest the 1st or 2nd week of October for the item's we ordered would be delivered, we decided we could wait a couple of weeks but no longer. When we didn't hear from them by the 2nd week of October, we had to call them, and were told that furniture we ordered was not to be in until the end of November, and a chair we ordered wasn't arriving until December, unacceptable. First of all, I was told October, we would of never purchased furniture from Complete Suite if we knew it would be longer than we were orginally told, second we consistantly had to contact Complete Suite to get any information on our furniture or the status of it. In summary we cancelled the remainder of the furniture we had ordered and took our business elsewhere. Be sure when shopping at Complete Suite (Spokane Valley) you are aware that they over promise and under deliver and that customer service communication is frustrating to say the least. Do your due diligence and shop around. Don't waste your time at...
Read moreThe only good experience we had here was the very nice gentleman who helped us pick out our table, chairs, sofa and bed, no pressure from him, and now we know why. Everything else has been a disaster. The date they originally gave us for delivery wasn't followed through. A woman called me a day before delivery date to say they didn't have our shipment, no apology or anything, no future date but said she'd call me back with me info. Three days later I called and spoke with a younger gentleman who did apologize, told me our bed had been there the whole time, found a date he knew the rest of the shipment would be in again and scheduled another date for delivery, said he'd look into what had originally happened, and see about a discount or credit, we paid for sooner delivery, but never called back. When two guys showed up for delivery and set up, they were quite unprofessional. Continued to make comments of how hard our couch was to put together. I left the room for a moment, came back less then 5 min later, and magically they were done. Except, it wasn't, which we found out when we sat down later, none of the individual pieces were hooked together, so it was 7 separate cushions. Our table looked great, but the chairs teetered, which I was told "need to settle" but they have yet to, and screws have been coming out since we bought it 18 months ago.... I'll never be back and I...
Read moreTo preface, this 1-star review is not in regards to customer service, it is 100% due to quality, or should I say lack thereof. In September, 2017, my wife purchased the Sawyer dining table and 4 chairs, totaling a cost of around $700. It was a beautiful table and we were initially happy with the purchase. We decided to buy the 1-year warranty just in case anything were to happen to the set. At some point, a cup of water had been set on the table and, unknown to us, the cup had a slight crack in the bottom. A medium sized pool of water had leaked out on to the table and when we discovered this, approximately 30 minutes later, we immediately wiped up the water and dried the table, thinking nothing of it. The next day, we woke to find the table bubbling, warped, and cracking over about half of the table. The water had apparently soaked through the seams in the table and had destroyed a large portion of the surface. We reached out to the maintenance service for Complete Suites products and have been informed that since it has been over a year (about 16 months) and water damage can't be fixed, we are stuck with a cheap, destroyed $700 piece of junk. We were also informed that we could have the same table ordered again for an out of pocket price of $260.00, which is still more than the quality is worth. To sum this up, save your money and avoid this product...
