Took my mower & snow blower in for minor service. Snow blower just needed a oil change. Charged me $55.00. When questioned on why oil change would cost $55.00 I was told they checked the belt! The belt changed last year & had less than 2 hours on it! Charged me labor for That! Wanted ONLY OIL CHANGE ON MOWER & bladed sharpened or changed out. They did oil change, sharpened blade & REPLACED SPARK PLUG. NOTHING WRONG WITH PLUG! . I CALLED 3 WEEKS LATER TO PICK UP & THE BLOWER WAS NOT DONE. CALLED A WEEK LATER still not done.
