Tldr: lotus Italian soda had barely any flavoring, cookie was stale and tasted like plastic wrap, the service was poor, and she kept my change without asking about it.

I stopped by because I was really craving an energy drink Italian soda and a pink cookie. You know those really good ones that coffee shops have with a decent layer of pink, kind of cherry flavored frosting?

I was really excited for both of those things. And then really disappointed once I got them. The Italian soda had very little flavoring in it. So little you could hardly even see the color from it, which is strange because the flavors I ordered were red and green, but the drink was a thenlight orange. And then the cookie. It was stale, barely had any frosting on it, and the whole thing tasted like plastic wrap.

And then when it was time to pay the bill (before I tried everything), the total was $7.50. I gave the girl $8.00 and was not going to tip because her service was sub-par. She didn't give me my 50 cents back, and I didn't want to sound like a cheapskate and ask for it.

I used to really like the drinks and treats at blissful blends, but now I don't think I'll be going...

This would be the most recent experience walked down with a special needs individual while ordering the drink she had a medical emergency and the lady at the window was nothing but apathetic no concern no nothing I purchased one of their $$7 cookies for my client whom was having a blood sugar emergency and purchasing the cookie was quite vital possibly preventing a death and the lady was very slow to get me the cookie I ordered this occurred on the afternoon of May 12th 2024 don't come to this coffee shop this place is trash My first experience same situation walked my client who enjoys a coffee drink here and there. I ordered one of their burritos by the way was half cooked and to make matters worse I found hair cooked into, these are burritos they purchase from a outside vendor and throw them in the microwave and ask $8
