Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Spokane

Best Dutch Bros staff anywhere of all the Dutch Bros I have ever been to. They are customer service rockstars. I have great respect and report with so many of your employees at this location. They always go above and beyond with an enthusiastic vibe. I look forward to meeting them in the morning before work. No matter how I show up.. I always leave happy and inspired for my work day. The drinks are consistently delicious and made the same way every time! Much appreciated… way to go team you really work together and with passion for coffee your company and community of whom you serve on the daily. This is the WORST Dutch location I have been to in the entire PNW(Market St. in Spokane, WA). No one comes out to take your order if the line is long, backs traffic up, when they do come out and take orders in line they sit and talk with their buddies instead of taking orders. Whoever manages or owns this location needs to do some serious re-thinking on how to run their business and manage their employees. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house or I wouldn't even bother. But when my stamp cards get filled up at the other locations this location gets them for my payment.. y'all make DB...

Edit: They have gone downhill since Covid. I no longer buy coffee from here, as they completely screwed up my last two orders (might just be this location). The guy tried to tell me they can't blend cold brew... uhhhhhhhhh... alrighty then. I take my business to Wake Up Call now - they have no issues blending me some cold brew.

Obviously their baristas aren't very well trained at this location. I wouldn't recommend.
