I've frequented this location for several months and it seems as though within the last few weeks both the quality service and the quality of the meal itself have been on a downward spiral. Most recently, i arrived at 7:55 on a sunday (just before closing). The woman working the counter was remarkably rude and the food was far below its appropriate tempurature as if the heating pads had been off for some time. I proceeded to eat my meal with consideration to the money spent only to be greatly disappointed. The following morning i woke up with an aweful pain in my stomach and an unfathomable case of nausea. These symtoms lasted 3 days and it was due souly to the poor quality of my meal. I love panda express and i'd never had a negative experience until then. I will no longer be a guest at this store and i hope changes will be made in order to avoid any future problems with other...

I'm a Panda fan, but hadn't been to this location. And my two friends - one in wheelchair, the other totally blind - had never experienced Panda Express. Of course, they loved the food. But we were simply blown away by the friendly, attentive service. Even though the restaurant was very busy, they immediately saw that I had my hands full pushing a wheelchair while leading my blind friend, and two of them came to help us get settled at a table. They also helped in carrying the trays and getting drinks. They were cheerful and efficient, and I honestly haven't seen better service at 5-star restaurants. I didn't see a tip jar, so posting here and recommending to friends is all I can do to return my sincere gratitude to the great team @ the Market...
