Stopped in this location for a quick lotus. I got the same thing I get anywhere else and it looked different and tasted different. When I asked about it, I was met with a ton of attitude about the color of the syrups. I asked them what they used because I also have made drinks and worked with these products. She made the drink again and mixed it and showed it turn green but was extremely sassy about it. She made me another drink but the whole experience from the beginning did not have to be like that. Her attitude and lack of understanding for the customer experience completely ruined mine and she should not be working with customers at all. Also the drinks taste like straight syrup and no lotus at all so maybe that's the issue. Maybe it's not the syrup...

I order the same coffee everywhere I go because I used to be a barista and tried A LOT of coffees to find that a blended White Angel is to die for! I moved into a house maybe 4 blocks from this place and decided to give it a try.... I haven’t gotten coffee anywhere else since! I can’t even make my own coffee order as well as they can! Only reason I’m giving this place three stars is because I do like the coffee and I do like the other girls but today 5/8/23 at around 845am whoever the blonde older lady that makes the coffee always gets my drink wrong. I watched her make my coffee today and she didn’t add any flavor to it and it was disgusting I threw it out the window, this type of stuff makes me hate coming to this place when she’s working. I was charged 9$ for a 20oz coffee and a muffin. Extremely confused on how they price their items. If I go back I will drive off if she’s serving coffee. What a...
