Nudo Ramen House — Restaurant in Spokane

My girlfriend and I came here for lunch the day after Christmas. The food was delicious and reasonably priced (considering that some of the ingredients are a little exotic and probably not the easiest to come by in our area). If I was just rating based on the food, it would easily be five stars. The service did leave a little to be desired though. We showed up just before a major rush. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our food, and that seemed to be on the short end for waiting. People who were seated next to us waited a good 20 minutes just to get their water. Another couple just left after sitting ignored for a good fifteen minutes. The first bit of our food finally arrived, but it was only my bowl which the serving staff incorrectly labeled as my girlfriends bowl. After awkwardly starring at the food for 5 minutes, another staff member noticed us and came to fix the problem. Also, while waiting for our food, one of the staff members stepped on my foot and didn't even bother to turn around after. UPDATE went to nudo this weekend 12/30 and the group of us were severely disappointed. Not sure what happened here as we have been there over a dozen times to bring us to what happened today. We ordered all our food at the same time fried rice and gluten free tofu, and the gluten free chicken teriyaki. The teriyaki showed up 25 minutes after the rest of our food. To add injury to insult, there was a yakisoba noodle inside of my gluten-free dish and we all got cross contaminated. The service was not good. I planned to speak to the waitress regarding this issue but she didn't stick around long enough after dropping the check. We are still sick 3 days later as cross contamination is no joke. Not coming back.

Previous review Went to the nudo Ramen house a week ago and was super happy to find they have a lot of gluten free items! Even the fried tofu is gluten free !!! So happy I found this place. Amazing chicken teriyaki and black pepper beef. Super happy with the experience and the sparkling pear drink is a must have. Such good food and amazing prices and AWESOME STAFF! will be coming in...

We were lulled into a nice eating experience when we ate in restaurant on 10/3/19. Below was our review: The service was prompt, knowledgeable and very attentive. I on the other hand neglected to see they offered sushi and poke, my loss. We started with calamari and ordered different ramen bowls which were quite good. We were very impressed with the freshness and tastiness of our meals. We are impressed by the whole experience and look forward to next trip to explore more of the menu.

We returned to order two poke orders to go. When we arrived home we discovered their poke was made WITHOUT RICE!.

We paid a premium price for a pittance of fish and veggies and "sauce" BUT PRECIOUS ELSE.

THIS WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE, PITTANCE OF RAW FISH AND SAUCE i'VE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO PAY FOR.

My wife and I are amazed at the rip-off of both quality and quantity with the paltry cheap amount of nothing at two orders for $37.57.

We will never return to such a rip-off establishment and advise all future customers to beware of bait and switch restaurant...
